The e-Committee, Supreme Court of India envisages a judicial system that is more accessible, efficient, and equitable for every individual who engages with the justice delivery system. The right of access to justice, guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution encompasses the right to access live court proceedings.

To imbue greater transparency, inclusivity and foster access to justice, the e-Committee has undertaken the project of live streaming of court proceedings on priority. This will enable access to live court proceedings, including on matters of public interest to citizens, journalists, civil society, academicians, and law students on a real-time basis, which was not otherwise possible owing to geographical, logistical, or infrastructural issues.

The e-Committee, Supreme Court of India invites inputs, feedback, and suggestions on the Draft Model Rules for Live-Streaming and Recording of Court Proceedings.

Dear Sir, my friend Software engineer working with a MNC in India and can contribute to this idea of making Live streaming and Recordings of Court Proceedings. I have some ideas to make a system which can help to process the orders of court in a faster way.Recently Iheard, that Chief Justice of India said that in the era of Information Technology,We are looking at the sky to deliver the orders to Jail. I can provide some ideas to make this system as well.Please let me know if you need details

मान्यवर मेरा तो मानना है सरकार को ऐसी व्यवस्था करनी चाहिए जिससे कोई भी व्यक्ति बेईमान वकीलों के चक्कर में पड़ने से पहले ही उसे उचित सलाह मुफ्त मिले क्योंकि जब वो वकील के पास जाता है वकील उस गरीब व्यक्ति से हजारों रूपए कोर्ट फीस जमा कराता है फिर लाखों रुपया अपनी फीस के नाम पर ले लेता है इतने पर भी उसका पेट नहीं भरता है उसके बाद वो उसको आदेश की जजमेंट की कॉपी देने के लिए चककर लगवाता क्योंकि कोर्ट की वेबसाइट पर लिखा होता है आर्डर इज नॉट अपलोडेड बाई द कंसर्न कोर्ट

हिंदुस्तान में स्वाथ्य,सम्मान,संतोष,स्वातंत्र्य तथा संधी यह पाँच चीजे केवल उन्हीं को मिलने चाहिए जो इसके लायक तथा अधिकारी हो जैसे की हिंदुस्तान कि पहचान यहाँ के मूल-निवासी/हिंदुओ को। अभी तक तो अधर्म होते आया है लेकिन इसके आगे ना हो पाए ऐसी कानून व्यवस्था होना अत्यावश्यक है । जय माँ भारती ।

So I decided,when I cud not manage things,I will commit suicide,my future cud be bright,I pay tax n love my work but see darkness in indian rules,do I dont have any right to live life? just bcoz i got a bad partner n he is enjoying by not giving divorce,I dont have right to live,my parents r old age, in covid time case r not moving, its been 2 years,I dont understand law n ppl in c treats girl in a differnt way,so i left with no option,I cann not charge multiple case as I need to work.

Live streaming only for concerned parties ,from there concerned place ,or from place of authorities ,live streaming at par with parliament session to all not concerned not advisable ,recording of only important aspect like petition ,response ,arguments ,witness statement ,interrogation based on which verdict is given ,
