Are smart cities only for the able-bodied? Is Aurangabad really a disabled-friendly city? While urban planners design sustainable cities with improved access for cyclists and walkers, their plans often leave out a major city minority -- the disabled.

Govt should focus on; 1. Teach discipline to citizens as they are undisciplined, Still Amiteshkumar is trying hard. 2. tree plantation, as abad is having very less trees in the city. 3. Proper city planning for infrastructure. 4. Neat & Clean Roads 5. Water supply as Marathwada is always suffers from Drought. 6. Our leaders should be reviewed by PM for the progress.

In #Aurangabad we should have roads like this (please see the youtube video) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-iJP7DFt6AU these types of roads can absorb water that can increase our ground water level which will be big issue in upcoming years. This will minimize the cost and long-term maintenance for local authorities and developers of water management. for more details please visit website of this company http://tarmac.com/solutions/readymix/topmix-permeable/

Dear all- We know that our Aurangabad and Marathwada region overall is facing severe water scarcity. Making Smart-city without water-availability is not possible. I have proposed a project to overcome this water problem using Seawater-Desalination technology. Please go through the news articles published in Lokmat-Times and give me your valuable feedback. Thanks and Regards, Ajay!

I would like to mention below points which will help Auranagabd to become smart city: 1)Apart from Hazz there is no international flight from Aurangabad.Direct connect to cities like Dubai,London is very important. 2) As this city is tourism capital of Maharashtra, So more efforts should need to take in order to promote Aurangabad as tourism capital. 3) I would suggest to implement BRT in Auranagabd for better public transport. 4) There should be vertical city growth rather than horizontal
