first of all govt. has try to built some necessary things like,

(1) transportation : one new bus station , one airbase , 4-lane ring road around city.

(2) human resources : grand school with highly efficient , one sport stadium , a mediacal college.
(3) employment : industrial park , one mega GIDC.
(4) govt. hospital with high facility , small capacity power plant, highly powerful wi-fi station,

at..last as a smart city i wish our nagarpalika will convert into mahanagarpalika

Energy management :
1. The corporation should introduce smart metering and automatic billing system for electricity.
2. The LED streetlights should cover all over the city replacing conventional lighting. The city is witnessing shifting of overhead electric lines to underground and this will increase the visibility in urban aesthetics.
3. Solar power to be used in signals and other amenities. Project should be coordinated with solar city project.

We should develop a website.
- Site should show corporation current activities about city infrastructure
- Consumer feedback
- Perhaps link to external websites that gives detailed information to avail Ration card, Voter ID, License, Aadhar.

MY SUGGESTION IS THAT THERE WILL BE A SMART MODEL RAILWAY STATION INCLUDE WITH 5 FLOORS

Automatic traffic signal: In case of heavy traffics routes will be automatically diverted.
Better Public transport facility: To decrease traffic on roads, there will be enhancement in existing public transport system.
Quick accident relief: In case of accident or problem in vehicle, people will get help in just one call. They can also take help through CCTV too.

Government should first plan for employment and education. Present scenario says that if a person finishes higher education like engg, b.sc he is not able to find proper job in Dahod.

Once employment starts I think DAhod growth will starts automatically. Than government should think for water & tranportation problem.
