10.When all basic requirements are fullfilled.then we have to go for recreation zone in dahod. It would be like Disney land.
9. For requirement of horizontal development in dahod it is priority to remove 73aa rule for around 25 kms dia . Area of Dahod.
8.. For heavy violence in construction in old dahod. It is eccential to convert old dahod tp dp and gamtal area in to fully gamtal....
7. Minimum two ring roads out side of dahod. 1st. Minimum width 132 ft. Use for road... 2nd minimum width 250 ft use for city train and road. In future we can also use it for some flyovers over them.
6.As per govt. Guide line they want to develop parel. So it is also require some good connection with dahod by making square road over chabtalav......it would be a super solution for dahod trafic. It is also useful for new hospital near talav...we can also make big parking near this square road ....
5.We know that Dahod is on the air route from delhi..bombay... so it is very easy to provide domestic airport near dahod.
4.Due to old pattern of dahod it is very difficult to make fly over bridges.. To solve this .. we have to provide underground ways. Underground trains etc.As per my knowledge. .Dahod is best for underground tunnels as Dahod is in earthquake zone 2..though it is too safe.
3. I realise that some big problems are creating due to heavy elect poles and numbers of wires . All those things should be designed to put it in underground.
2.Big business squares to attract large corporate sectors and providing them all infrastructures and facilities with low cost...
I have to start it with....
1. River front at dudhimati for two benifits. All dahod waste should not be in river but it must parallel with river .one ring road near river.
