The smart city should be built in such a way that we must say it is our city davanagere
I am very much interested in this smart city project. Everyone want their city clean and tidy. I am asking why it is not possible to follow Americans in this regard? Technology is there for waste management then why can't we adopt it? Please start project as soon as possible. And please take care single paise of citizens should not be wasted. Avoid corruption.
Take the help of local bodies.

Putting up banners and cut outs to welcome suggestions is a nice idea in a democratic country like India and must be appreciated.
But please don't waste resources by putting up more than one cut outs at the same place or close vicinity.
Opposite Laxmi floor mill, Shamanur road, Davanagere two cut outs have been put up at the came junction, which is a waste of resource.

A smart city requires:
1. Good and high speed connectivities to neighboring cities and to the capital
2. Well maintained transportation system and supporting Road/Rail/MTR infrastructure
3. Proper drainage system, waste treatment, recycling units
4. City planning with main emphasis to educational institutions, recreation centers, tourist attractions and Job creating sectors
5. Well planned and broad roads with good connectivities
6. Road/Street/lane or area naming and numbering scheme
ರಿಂಗ್ ರಸ್ತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಓವರ್ಪಾತ್ ಇಲ್ಲವೇ ಅಂಡರ್ಪಾತ್ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಿ
ಯಲ್ಲಮ್ಮನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೃಹತ್ ರಿಂಗ್ ರಸ್ತೆ ಹಾದು ಹೋಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ರಿಂಗ್ ರಸ್ತೆಯ ಸನಿಹದಲ್ಲೇ ಗುರುಕುಲ, ನವೋದಯ, ಅಭಿನಯ ಭಾರತಿ, ಸಪ್ತಗಿರಿಯಂತಹ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಿವೆ. ಪ್ರತಿನಿತ್ಯ ಈ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಿಗೆ ತೆರಳಲು ಮಕ್ಕಳು ರಿಂಗ್ ರಸ್ತೆ ದಾಟಬೇಕಿದೆ.
ರಿಂಗ್ ರಸ್ತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಹನಗಳು ಅತಿ ವೇಗವಾಗಿ ಚಲಿಸುವುದರಿಂದ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ರಸ್ತೆ ದಾಟುವಾಗ ಅಪಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸಿಲುಕುತ್ತವೆ.
ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ರಿಂಗ್ ರಸ್ತೆಯ ಈ ಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾದಚಾರಿಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಓವರ್ಪಾತ್ ಇಲ್ಲವೇ ಅಂಡರ್ಪಾತ್ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸುವ ತುರ್ತು ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದೆ.
