GST should specify the max and min a state can levy on goods & service . additionally certain item like rice/cement should have only one tax that is GST alone and transportation charge can be regulated as a percentage.
Why not making GST registration mandatory for any type of shops irrespective of the location/type/sales turnover. registration should specify the category of the shop like (textile/grocery/hotel..etc.)registration should be with mandatory details like adhar&personel details/famil

I think that gst and state leieved taxes should be merged and central government should give state their share as off there should only be one centralized tax in order to avoid any double taxation or harassment of consumer.Having centralized gst will enable customers to buy things as per need.In order to avoid loss to state businessman an online centralized market place should be created that will check and regulate prices of goods and avoid black-marketing and piling of stocks.

How the revenue collection through income tax is assessed in IGST? Middle/service class families are struggling with the rising cost of living and insecure job market. In this scenario why the rich politicians (ex MPs, MLAs, etc...) need to be paid with remunerations/pensions? It is high time they need to forego their benefits in the interest of nation like we foregone gas subsidy. When corporate is paying tax, why collect income tax from employees? In reality this practice is Double Taxation.

In the proposed GST Registered Tax Practitioner/Constituent Tax Practitioners should be recoginised and the adoption clause for the existing Tax Practitioners to be given as adopted in the earlier Acts of Income Tax Act, 1961, All State VAT Acts.
