Arrest all the Hurriyat and valley separatists to Jails outside J&K in far off places like Andaman & Nicobar, in isolated places.
Place economic blockade on the Kashmir valley. Remove cash from ATMs and no ATM should disburse cash. ATMs should be brought to zero cash status.Entry points to the valley should be sealed and thorough check of persons entering the valley to ensure no cash or gold or such tradeable valuables are brough in. Only "Self" cheques allowed for cash withdrawal against Adhar
