महोदय सर्वप्रथम मनरेगा के तहत कार्य कर रहे सभी संविदा कर्मियों को उनका भविष्य सुरक्षित करने कि कार्य योजना बनाई जाये और साथ ही ये कोशिश होनी चाहिए कि सभी प्रकार के सरकारी कार्यो में जो मजदूरी अंश है उसे मनरेगा से ही दिया जाये

Sir, the GRS appointed are being paid very low so also the data entry operators who upload the work details in states like Tamilnadu which is vibrant with activity. Kindly enhance their payment so that they are motivated enough to do the work.

Existing scheme for is limited for unskilled labours.There must be large scope for skilled and semiskilled labor.

Behind the prosperity and inside the decade old story( nrega),no one can ignore the roll i.e.the toil of thousands of the contractually engaged GRS. We work days and night to fulfil the dream of the project .In spite of being contructual in nature,poorly paid,instability and lot of other constraint we worked and worked.Everyone is aware what a tremendous pressure,responsibilities and hard ship bestoed on GRS.Because we are in direct contact with the labours and look their requirements .

It is the matter of great joy to mention that MGNREGA has complited a decade.A historic approach of previous govt now became the birds eye for the present govt while getting the top priority.Millions of poors of india are now getting their livelihood support through this gigantic project.And certainly it has become a successful story .

SIR MY APPEAL TO YOU THAT PLEASE GIVE PERMANENT CENTRAL STAFF STATUS TO THE MOST NEGLECTED CONTRUCTUALLY ENGAGED GRAM ROJGAR SEVAK,NREGA.THE SUCCESS OF THE PROJECT LARGELY DEPENDS ON OUR ROLL & STABILITY.WE LOOK THE REQUIRMENTS OF LABOUR ,COORDINATES WITH SUPERVISORS AND WORKS IN THE OFFICE.UNFORTUNATELY OUR UNSTABLE NATURE OF JOB INHIBITS OUR REAL OUTPUT.WE ARE SAID KEY FUNCTIONERY BUT ILL FATED.WE HARDLY ENJOY HOLIDAYS.WE ARE POORLY PAID.NOW TIME HAS COME ON YOUR PART TO GIVE REWARD TO US.

i belongs to a small village. in my village near about 200 family are staying. out of 200 hundred family only 10-11 family having sulav sauchalaya. for the lack of sauchalaya people using road for the same purpose caused dangerous situation and very difcult to walk in the village. please suggest how can solve it.
