The Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Government of India, in collaboration with MyGov, organized the ‘Divyangjan Sashaktikaran: Kitne Jagruk Hai Hum Quiz 2.0’. The Government of India and the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities are relentlessly working for the empowerment of Divyangjan through various schemes and programs.

Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan Quiz was organized by Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment (MoSJE) in collaboration with MyGov to create awareness on mass level on substance use through the participation of its major stakeholders like youth & adolescents, women, educational institutions and the community at large.

The Department of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India is implementing Centrally Sponsored Scheme of Pradhan Mantri Adarsh Gram Yojana(PMAGY) for integrated development of Scheduled Castes majority villages across States/UTs and hosted a Logo competition for the use of the Scheme. The Department is thankful to all the participants who have creatively expressed their ideas in designing of LOGO for the scheme.

On 28th February every year, India celebrates the National Science Day to mark the glorious achievement of one of India’s best-known scientists, Nobel Laureate physicist Sir C V Raman. On this day in 1928, Sir C V Raman discovered the spectroscopy phenomenon that was named after him as the ‘Raman Effect’. He has inspired the nation to build its scientific and technological prowess for the welfare of the citizens.
