Yogi Swatmarama, author of the Hathayoga Pradipika, one of the classical Hatha Yoga texts gives us the assurance, “One who tirelessly practises Yoga attains success irrespective of whether they are young, old decrepit, diseased or weak” (Bhatt, 2004).
