Kakinada city is the headquarters of East Godavari District.It is one of the fastest developing cities in Andhra Pradesh with a population of 3,25,985 (as per 2011 census). It is the 4th largest city by area and 7th largest by population in Andhra Pradesh. Kakinada over’s an area of 31.69 sq.km. It is located at 16.930N 82.220E.The 82-degrees east longitude passes through the city. Population Density within the city is 10,287(as per 2011 census). Kakinada has a tropical savanna climate with hot, humid weather most of the year. The average annual rainfall in the area is 1186 mm. Kakinada is the base for Oil and Natural Gas Corporation’s Eastern Offshore Asset. According to 2011 census, literacy rate of the city is 81%.Kakinada city has a diversified economic base. The pillars of the city’s economy are ports, marine, education, tourism, administration and trade, and commerce and industrial sectors.

Main road Improvement
1. Road should be improved as per the IRC Standards
2. Drains should be developed along the road, and all over the kakinada
3. Drainage system should be improved overall in the Kakinada city
4. Bypass can be an option for the decongestion of the roads
5. Road widening should be made properly
6. Black water is let out on the main drain lines, this should be restricted.
7. Main road should be made two way
8. Flyover and underpasses should be provided in the mainroad
STREET MUST BE A GATEWAY TO HEAVEN
We need to create an umbrella of communication network to successfully implement existing, upcoming initiatives of government.

Once we plan our communication network and fix the final network architecture then only we should plan other software or hardware related things by which we will reduce a lot of Bugs & rework. We will be able to deliver a right thing at the first time. Here Six sigma & Lean concepts have to be used to have a good project management organisation authority while driving projects in parallel & integrate all software or gov. departments
Every city should have 5 data points at least to pickup weather report and show it online via smart network.
