Kakinada city is the headquarters of East Godavari District.It is one of the fastest developing cities in Andhra Pradesh with a population of 3,25,985 (as per 2011 census). It is the 4th largest city by area and 7th largest by population in Andhra Pradesh. Kakinada over’s an area of 31.69 sq.km. It is located at 16.930N 82.220E.The 82-degrees east longitude passes through the city. Population Density within the city is 10,287(as per 2011 census). Kakinada has a tropical savanna climate with hot, humid weather most of the year. The average annual rainfall in the area is 1186 mm. Kakinada is the base for Oil and Natural Gas Corporation’s Eastern Offshore Asset. According to 2011 census, literacy rate of the city is 81%.Kakinada city has a diversified economic base. The pillars of the city’s economy are ports, marine, education, tourism, administration and trade, and commerce and industrial sectors.

Due date of Submission:

The participants should submit their reports by 15th August 2016 through mails to the mail id kakinadacorporation@gmail.com or by uploading the reports to MyGov.in.

To be Improved In raja Tank Park 1. Maintainence to be made more proper 2. Security of the park shoud be there 3. Police is causing harassing to people without seeing whether they are marrier or single 4. Walking track to be made smooth , Sand can be used for the improvement 5. Play equipment should be replaced and maintained from there on. 6. Outdoor Gym to be improved

to be Improved in Raja Tank Park 1. Entertainment boats 2. Security in boats for the safety of the visitors 3. Pets for increasing the aesthetics of the park. 4. Inner food court 5. Landscaping of the park to be done 6. Removal of garbage from the water body 7. Lighting to be provided 8. Water fountain is not working, to be repaired 9. To be developed in Raja Tank Park 1. Drinking water facility to be improved 2. Per day 2000 plus visitors and Sundays and holidays 5000 plus, so for these amount of population there are no basic amenities in the park like toilets] 3. Bus bay next to bus bay 4. Police outpost within 100mtr of range 5. First aid box to be placed in the park 6. Bharat scouts and guides to be there in the park (Girl Guides) 7. CCTV cameras to be installed in the park. COMBINED RAJAHMUNDRY WITH KAKINADA AS TWIN CITYS BECAUSE RJY HAVE REVER AND KKD HAVING SEA SO TRANSPORTATION AND PORT BUSINESS IS DEVELOPED. HOSPITALS WISE BOTH CITIES HAVING GOOD HOSPITALS AND EDUCATION SIDE IF WE COMBINE BOTH CITIES NO OF UNIVERSITIES IS INCREASED. SO IT WAS GOOD TO COMBINE BOTH CITIES AS TWIN CITIES.

The first thing what comes to my mind for Kakinada is size and volume of the city. Roads and parking areas are so conjusted.Kakinada People are sweet , intelligent and matured but they are lacking the scope for development . Most of the People are movie lovers it's good to have Inox movie complex with reasonable prices with a mix of shopping and entertainment to have a confidence and to taste the quality life.
