The expansion of banking and reach of financial services is considered to be vital for the long-term sustainable development of any country. From the standpoint of equity, it is essential that financial services are provided at an affordable cost to those who are presently excluded from the formal financial system. Mobile telephony could be the answer to the problems related to ‘last mile’ service delivery of financial services.

In order to identify and address the various issues for the use of USSD-based Mobile Financial Services, Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has released Consultation Paper on ‘Review of regulatory framework for the use of USSD for mobile financial services’ on 2nd August, 2016 for comments.

The objective of this Consultation Paper (CP) is to examine the need of mobile based financial services in the country from a public perspective, discuss the issues in its proliferation and to explore solutions for the same.

The Authority has extended the time for submission of comments upto 14th September, 2016 and counter comments by 28th September, 2016.

Sir. Salary kam dete he time par nh dete. Hamasa dar laga rahta he ki nakal na de koi hame..sir ham ye nh kah rahe ki ap hame pakka kardo .bas yahi prathna he ki ap esa kanun bana do ki salary mahngai k sath sath badhe or hame koi bhaiy na rahe. The online transactions in most of the banks are not satisfactory. The updated technology is not being used by most of the banks. The interest on lending of loans be reduced. Some banks do not encouraging mortgage loans in general. The number of banks be reduced by linking or merging more number of banks. This results reduction on operation cost. The level of supervision be reduced with more securities to speed up the transactions.

Hon. PM & Govt. have made good effort to regulate the real estate transaction, I want to suggest that, the act & rules related to such matter of real estate should be transparent and any mischif or malpractices should be stopped, but, the business of real estate should not be discouraged or restrict the function of such business. the safety of consumers money and assurance of possetion is enough, but, the additional control will adversely effect and malpractices,black money will increase,thanks

It is high time that banks are advised to bring down the unethical practice of charging exorbitant interest on their funding through credit cards which are lifeline of middle class . Also RBI should bring the transperancy in the attitude of the banks in all their activities. Banks have to respect Decision of consumer court and Directives of RBI. This will enable country to have strong clients relationship with banks. Else small mallya tribe will come up in the system. Thanks

good Day Sir, Kindly note I am a chief marine engineer since 1998 and I am sailing in reputed foreign shipping companies for long time My feelings India ranks very low as a maritime nation be it tonnage wise or in ship building or repair industry. 3 Asian nations excel in shipbuilding and repair industry i.e, China , Korea and Japan. this is a multi billion dollar industry and an excellent employment generator. Your personal initiatives reqd. I need more space to explain Thank you.

Sir, Presently more than more people is unemployment. Yesterday I was watching News i seen so many educated people (graduate, B.tech , Post graduate) was applying Sweeper Post. Now a day unemployment population is increasing apart from presently Government job form is very costly 500 to 1000 rs. so many people fill up the government job form but poor people whose income less 200/100 per day. they could not fill the form for government job so please care in my massage.
