Wese to hum sabhi log apne pure din ki diet bht achii lete h but main issue h chemical jo har ek vegetables me, fruits me, sbhi pulses me hai aj kl jiski wjeh se humari body ko proper diet nhi milti or in chemicals ki wjeh se hume medicines leni pdti hai or aj kl to fruit seller ho ya grocery seller sbhi immature sbji or fal ko tod lete hai and bechne lg jate hai hume aisi technique chaiye jise ye pta chl ske ki abhi sbji or fal todne layak nhi h or seller isko sale na kr ske

Good nutrition is the key to good mental and physical health ·
Practicing Yoga and having right type of Food influences and balances our body and makes us fit internally and externally
1.Whole grains ·
2.Fruits 🍍🍎🍐🍉🥝🍌🥭🍋🥑🥥🍏🍊🍓🍇 andvegetables🥒🍆🥕🥔🌰🥬🥦 etc.
· 3. Protein
· 4. Fat sugar
5. Eat less salt: no more than 6g a day for adults.

Eat a balanced diet every day. Eat a nutritious meal three times a day: morning, evening and night. Breakfast should consist of itli, pongal,sambar, because our body needs carbohydrates, protein, fat, vitamins, minerals, and water. Eat vegetables, fruits and greens daily. Sprouted grains small grains legumes etc. should be eaten daily. Cucumbers, watermelons, and fruits should be taken in moderation to be hydrated. Take drumsticks with spinach. Eat a diet rich in 6 types of nutrition.

Sir program launch by government is good but only thing lack is infrastructure for transportation and storage as to reduce wastage of food. India has long way to go, to accelerate the process thing require is infrastructure and nothing else.

We all need to follow "poshan" in our daily diet without fail. If there is sufficient amount of "poshak tattva" in our diet, our physical and psychological health status would be up-to-date!

संतुलित पोषण के लिए कुछ बातें मैं अपने अनुभव के आधार पर बार-बार दुहराता हूं और जनहित में दुहराना चाहता हूँ।

१- आस पास के शाक सब्जी फल-फूल का यथा संभव सेवन किया जाय। यह आयुर्वेद के मूल सिद्धांतों से भी मेल खाता है।
२-आसपास के पशु पक्षियों के आदतों और आहार चयन पर गौर कर उन पर अमल किया जाय। मैंने पक्षिओं के आहार चयन से प्रभावित होकर गुलर, नीम, बरगद, पीपल और पांकड़ के पके फलों को बड़े चाव से खा लेता हूं।

३- मैं दूर में उपजने वाले आहार को भरशक नहीं लेता हूँ। एक तो वह मंहगा मिलता है दूसरै वासी ।

Food has to be Sattvic
The food should be pure and fresh, one that helps the body to sustain and calms the mind. The sattvic diet includes food that will keep a person healthy, physically as well as mentally agile and balanced in both body and mind.
Since a satvik diet emphasises on fresh and chemical-free ingredients, it is best to use organic products for yoga diet recipes. This also includes dairy products made from the milk of organically fed cows and buffaloes.
