My hello to all reading this post, I Kusum Bala from Pathankot just want to share one thing that we all are running towards good nutrition and health and for that we try to eat so many things which are not actually required for our body. Our requirements for nutrients always depend upon the demand of our body structure health issues and climate changes. so it's my suggestion to all that before taking your nutritions, first observe your body keenly to avoid overeating. thanks to all

Healthy nutrition includes nutrition that is balanced and safe to consume. In terms of quantity, it should be adequate and should not lead to overnutrition or undernutrition. Adequate amount of calories intake as per age and specific conditions like in pregnant females, the quantity required is more as well as type of work like sedentary worker or doing moderate work. Carbs, proteins and fats should be adequate too proper storage. Locally available seasonally food items should be encouraged .

स्वस्थ आहार के लिए विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन ने पांच मुख्य बातें कही हैं (1) स्वस्थ आहार से ऊर्जा संतुलन और स्वस्थ भोजन प्राप्त होता है (2) स्वस्थ आहार से कुल वसा से सीमित ऊर्जा ग्रहण करें, संतृप्त वसा का प्रयोग करे, और पार-वसाम्ल का प्रयोग करें (3) फल, सब्जिया, फलिया, अनाज, और गिरीदार फल और रस भरे फलों का सेवन बढ़ाएं (4) सामान्य चीनी का सेवन करें अत्यधिक चीनी के प्रयोग से बचें (5) सोडियम का सेवन(नमक) का सीमित प्रयोग करें वह वो भी आयोडाइजकृत नमक होना चाहिये।

Nutritious food means food that contains right amount of all the nutrients as well as water and roughage. Our forefathers are simple food and led long and healthy life. we should educate todays kids and arouse their interest in our traditional food and variety of food cooked in different states in the country instead of going for pizza, burger etc. Farmers should be educated to follow proper practices while growing food, it should be free from chemicals, pesticides, fertilizers and steroids.

We need to eat nutritious food every day to protect our body this summer. Nutrients that our body needs ..... Rice, small grains contain carbohydrates, legumes contain protein, oils contain fats, greens and fruits contain vitamins and minerals. Do not get sick. Eat citrus fruits like lemon and orange juice. Eat an egg every day. Instead of sugar in milk, you can add native sugar.

Respected PM Sir, Being in allied health profession, its hereby suggested that every carrying women should get balanced diet and those admitted especially in Govt Hospitals to care baby and mother. The Govt should try to serve dish full of sprouts and cerals to these carrying women to celebrate poshan pakhwada. Similar suitable balance diet should be served twice a day to them. Jai Hind!! Jai Bharat!!
