Healthy eating habits are more likely to stay with you if you learn them as a child. That’s why it’s important that you teach your children good habits now.
while nutrition is very much important, the recent focus has been on easy external sources of nutrition. Govt must focus on nutrition security from locally available food that suits people's food choice.
भारतीय भोजन को तीन भागों मै बाटा गया है 1साध्विक 2 राजशी 3 तामशी भोजन और यह तीनों तरह का भोजन पॉष्टिक व् पोषण से भरपूर है पर इसके विपरीत हर व्यक्ति इन तीनो तरह के भोजन का इस्तेमाल नही कर सकता साध्विक भोजन हलका काम करने वालो के लिए है जबकि राजश्री भोजन मेहनती लोगो लिए है तथा तामशी भोजन उन लोगो के लिए है जो समय से भोजन नहीं कर पाते एक साध्विक भोजन तामशी भोजन बन जाता है यदि उस भोजन का समय बदल दिया जाय खाने पर चर्चा मात्र से भूख लगने लगती है तथा स्वदिस्ट भोजन की खुशबु मात्र से मुँह मे पानी आता

Poshan is very important of the life . becouse vitamins, minerals.are very important.
Schools should introduce a separate subject that deals with topics like -Organic farming methods,cuisines of different states of India,important crops of different states of India and their nutritional importance,spices of the states and their health benefits.IIT and other technological colleges should introduce Agricultural farming as a full time course and teach the students about modern methods of farming so that the students can think of taking it as a career.
Arrangement for proper cold storage facility among cluster of villages needs to be arranged to avoid damage of food grains and more specially the vegetables including potato onions etc. This would go a long way in helping the cultivators the due return of their produce and people in general, would be assured of a continuous supply of vegetables. the food preservation and canning centres already established under Agriculture department need to be revamped. may be made to operate 24x7

STRICT QUALITY CONTROL CHECKS AND INSPECTIONS SHOULD BE CARRIED OUT AT THE CENTRAL AND STATE / UT - LEVEL - FOR FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS / FACTORIES / DAIRY PLANTS / ALL OTHER FOOD MANUFACTURING FACILITIES AND FOOD SHOPS ALL OVER THE COUNTRY BY THE CENTRAL / STATE LEVEL FOOD QUALITY INSPECTION AGENCIES - TO CHECK FOR HYGEINE / -MEASURES - SALE OF EXPIRED FOOD STOCK IS A MAJOR ISSUE OF CONCERN
