बहुत दुख के साथ कहना पड ता है कि 21 सदी मे भी हमारी केन्द्र सरकार व राज्य सरकार को पोषण विभाग , महिलाओं व किशोरियों के लिए कुपोषण विभाग बनाना पड़ रहा है।
कहावत है - घर की एक महिला स्वस्थ रहेगी तो पूरा परिवार स्वस्थ रहेगा ।
यह पूरे परिवार की , पूरे समाज की जिम्मेदारी है कि वह पुरुषों के साथ महिलाओ को भी बराबरी का हिस्सेदार बनाये ।
माता - पिता को चाहिए कि बेटो के साथ बेटियो का भी लालन पालन बेटो की तरह करे।

Eat a balanced diet every day. Eat a nutritious meal three times a day: morning, evening and night. Breakfast should consist of itli, pongal, chutney, sambar, because our body needs carbohydrates, protein, fat, vitamins, minerals, and water. Eat vegetables, fruits and greens daily. Sprouted grains, small grains, legumes, etc. should be eaten daily. Cucumbers, watermelons, and fruits should be taken in moderation to be hydrated.
Healthy eating means eating a variety of foods that give you the nutrients you need to maintain your health, feel good, and have energy. These nutrients include protein, carbohydrates, fat, water, vitamins, and minerals.
