Everybody should take a proper balanced diet. Which contains all the nutrients like carbohydrates, proteins and calcium,fats.
Complementary feed should be comprise cereals such as wheat, rice, thick mashed dal, seasonal fruits and vegetables, energy food, oil, butter, ghee, milk products, jaggery and egg. The practice of washing hands, health sanitation, hygiene and safe drinking water.
पौष्टिक भोजन प्रत्येक व्यक्ति के लिए उसके जीवन का आधार है यदि हम पोस्टिक भजन लेते रहेंगे तो हमारा शरीर स्वस्थ बना रहेगा और हम अच्छे तरीके से कार्य करने में सक्षम होंगे क्योंकि पौष्टिकता के कारण हमारे शरीर में किसी प्रकार की कमी नहीं रहेगी हमें मौसम के अनुसार सस्ती फल व सब्जियों का प्रयोग करना चाहिए भोजन में यदि दूध का इंतजाम हो जाए तो बहुत ही अच्छा रहेगा थोड़ा सा गुड का स्वाद भी भोजन के बाद लेना चाहिए जिससे हमारे शरीर की दिन भर की थकान दूर हो जाती है और हमें अच्छी नींद आती रहेगी और हम ऊर्जावान
Poshan Pakhwada is initiative of Ministry of Women and Child Development to create awareness about eating healthy diet.
It is to highlight the importance of good nutrition practice among women especially pregnant women for development of child during pregnancy. Malnutrition affects the physical development and also the mental health of growing children.
Government has taken many initiatives to provide nutrition to young population.
Mid day meal is one of them
We want to use nutrient foods like millet, Khorasan wheat, sorghum, teff, etc.
