Yoga is a journey of life. When I started I never thought I can do YOGA. 7th international yoga day theme "Yoga for Wellness" i celebrate at home in this pandemic era. I feel proud when I do Yoga. it gives me immense pleasure, delight, energy and.flexibility.Though I a 47 yrs old but everytime when I do yoga I feel i am young. Respected Prime Minister Sir , Yoga must be subject to all students within educational career with giving marks which will be counted with the Final Exam from 8th Standard to 10 Standard ,so that Students will encourage to yoga and get this importance of Yoga in there future life also ,so Practice of Yoga must be part of Educational Course for all students ,so that future India will be full energetic and innovative .

“Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self”. Yoga is not just an exercise, it is an art that unites body and mind. It helps to relax our mind. As we all know that global pandemic Covid- 19 has affected the health and as well as mind also. It has become impossible for people to gather and celebrate the international yoga day together. However, also by staying a small initiative could be taken with the family members and do some asanas together at home, this way keeps us fit.
