Respectable prime minister, I am residing in Kerala state my name is Arun in Kerala state there are much corruption in bureaucracy like- bribe, inefficiency, partiality, revenge entrapping the needy-customer who don't have influence etc So deserving fellows are often discarded by the government officers So to mend this serious situation we need an integrated quality assurance department in every public sector department and proper complaint management department for the proper in-time efficient functioning I think it is essential factor for a better digital India promotion (send a reply if respected prime minister is willing to reply for this valuable idea submission)

Respected Sir, I would suggest to relaunch Swatch Bharath Mission Part 2 as Waste/Garbage Disposal management and Spitting on the road as the main themes to be addressed. Across the country while travelling we can still see Garbage accumulated at different spots without any Garbage containers and our citizens spitting across our public spaces. We should start a Change management campaign to make our citizens more responsible towards the nations upkeep.
