The world is changing in significant ways, and India's youth are poised to make the most out of it. The Youth are action-oriented, having the ability to think creatively and influences positive change across society. Youth are at the fore-front in using technology in all spheres and serves as a critical component in the larger vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat. Hence, there is a need for introducing new policy which can suggest appropriate policy interventions taking into account the impact of digital technology on education, work & employment, how the society will experience the fast paced changes and how full or needful engagement of the youth will create a responsible society, very well led and placed on the track of process & development.

Accordingly, the Department of Youth Affairs, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports and Government of India has drafted the National Youth Policy 2023-32(NYP 2023-32) with the vision to synergize the hopes and aspirations of India's youth to enable harmonious growth of society; to harness the energies of youth more effectively towards inclusive economic growth & responsible governance; and to build an enabling environment where youth can come together, persevere, and work relentlessly with their utmost strength towards the making of a new India.

In order to ensure the participation of the stakeholders in policy making process, the Department of Youth Affairs seeks comments/views/suggestions on the draft NYP 2023-32 from all stakeholders.

Namaste sir. Nowadays More All India Exams have been conducted for Employments and Education. Staying outside is not safe for Young Girls and boys and also more expensive for Boarding and Lodging. If Government Youth Hostels started in important Cities at reasonable cost it'll be more helpful to middle class and poor. With the proper documents like aadhar and call letters, they may be permitted to stay in youths Hostels. Central Government may take initiatives to Start Central Government Youth Hostels to relieve the stress and fear of the Parents while their son/daughter go to other cities for exams,Interviews, etc,. Need for the Hour. Jai hind.

8. In industries like IT etc we have corporate social responsibility works. Interested volunteer can participate and do some actions in the programs conducting by team. Similarly to students increasing general awareness, social responsibility works , understanding ourself, caring self health are needed programs. So that we can achieve many milestones. The motivation can happen via group activities, certificates, going outing , indoor outdoor games etc.

6. I think going forward basic digital training, app, device etc may be required as we are in the progress of digital India for all the curriculum irrespective of subjects. So that they can fully participate in the needs , requirements, benefits etc going forward. Some basic knowledge for all. 7. When we motivate people things will progress high ways. Because everyone likes acceptance of their work. Students can be motivated in innovations, sports area and other needy areas as well. We can see motivation how really helping sports . For past 9 years sports many mile stones achieved easily die to motivations from leader and all. Some certificates, gifts, outing , learning tours etc can think of for the students. Similarly dual places education completion. 6 months in one state and 6 months in another state can think of. This will help to understand our culture, environment etc. Need to validate and take it.

Sir, We need a separate ministry for food and nutrition to analyze and implement the same in commercial food industries. Example:- 1. Do we really need iodised salt for cooking? What will happened if if over dose of iodine? Our citizens really required iodine? or required mineral salt? 2. As per the advertisement showing in TV, regarding children's food products, "Growth in 15 days" or so. What is the guaranty that it doesn't contain any hormones? Do our kids needs this much fast growth? Pubity achieving age is shifting fast. over weight is a common problem now. This will generate old age people fast. 3. Building as many as cold storage and transportation must be speedup and monitored properly to provide healthy food to citizens and so to eliminate wastage. 4. Please reduce the pries of cryogenic liquids and make their availability to farmers, like urea. Esp. solid carbon dioxide (dry Ice) 5. Please provide training in aqua farming and hydro farming.
