The world is changing in significant ways, and India's youth are poised to make the most out of it. The Youth are action-oriented, having the ability to think creatively and influences positive change across society. Youth are at the fore-front in using technology in all spheres and serves as a critical component in the larger vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat. Hence, there is a need for introducing new policy which can suggest appropriate policy interventions taking into account the impact of digital technology on education, work & employment, how the society will experience the fast paced changes and how full or needful engagement of the youth will create a responsible society, very well led and placed on the track of process & development.

Accordingly, the Department of Youth Affairs, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports and Government of India has drafted the National Youth Policy 2023-32(NYP 2023-32) with the vision to synergize the hopes and aspirations of India's youth to enable harmonious growth of society; to harness the energies of youth more effectively towards inclusive economic growth & responsible governance; and to build an enabling environment where youth can come together, persevere, and work relentlessly with their utmost strength towards the making of a new India.

In order to ensure the participation of the stakeholders in policy making process, the Department of Youth Affairs seeks comments/views/suggestions on the draft NYP 2023-32 from all stakeholders.

As a youth I want my opinions and problems to be heard like I want my vidhayak/coordinator to see that I have uploaded a picture of garbage landfill being created at a specific location and he sends quick help to solve issues of these kind. Like if we have a big pothole that is slowing down traffic resulting in unnecessary honks and disturbances, so we can send the info to the platform on which our district political system sees it and takes action. Government should make sure they click proof and upload them as well to mark the issue solved.

As a youth, I feel helpless at the state of traffic in my area, I don't know whom to approach in case I have ideas for the infrastructure improvement like building a protected bicycle lane, installing of pedestrian pathways at crossings to slow down the cars near residential areas. The political system is invisible to me, I have so many suggestions regarding the infrastructure of my city especially my locality but there's no platform for youth like me to speak my opinion, on twitter tagging a political person changes nothing. We need a reporting and discussion platform for every locality/district to discuss problems and solutions.

"youth the future of many lives " . youth being a important part of aour society needed to be teaches about qualitative use of technology. I know technology is Important but scrolling reel is it a proper use of technology no, but we can encourage our youth to go to right path rather scrolling reels . one of the big points is that our youth is very advanced in technology but they are not getting any platform of work to show their skill this is why our youth is shifting to developde countries like America, UK etc. if employment will be good in india than automatically youth will be shifted to proper use of technology. so, we just want to create a platform where they can get jobs in technical field . jai hind

हमारे देश के युवाओं को सरकारी क्षेत्र की नौकरी के समान लाभ( Job Security, Cader, Post, Grade, Pay Commission, Public Holdidays, Leave Benefit, Automatic Periodly Increment and Promotion, Salary Credit in account Automatic Last day of month etc ) के समान लाभ निजी क्षेत्र (विशेषकर MSME और असंगठित क्षेत्र) में नौकरी करने वाले युवाओँ को उपलब्ध करवाने का प्रयास करे ताकि युवाओँ में सरकारी नौकरी के प्रति आकर्षण खत्म हो और भारत का युवा कोचिंग माफियाओं के चंगुल से मुक्त हो कर देस की प्रगति में अपना अमुल्य योगदान दे ।

Hi, My view on youth policy lies on many things. I will discuss it as follows: 1. I request you to end reservation system while choosing the pure talent. Restricted reservation till monetary terms not apply it while choosing the best of the best. 2. Education must related to our practical life. I mean to say that the education must have root to our mother tounge as well practicality about applied education system. In higher studies open the inclusion of private company like IPL who provide attractive packages to both foreign an raw homegrown talent. Invite world best minds to our universities with competitive packages as well as paid equal to our own professor. 3. We want job according to the industry needs. We 90s students have degrees in general subjects not any technical grounds which take us behind and low income employees which needs to addressed. This is all I want to convey here. Thank you!
