The world is changing in significant ways, and India's youth are poised to make the most out of it. The Youth are action-oriented, having the ability to think creatively and influences positive change across society. Youth are at the fore-front in using technology in all spheres and serves as a critical component in the larger vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat. Hence, there is a need for introducing new policy which can suggest appropriate policy interventions taking into account the impact of digital technology on education, work & employment, how the society will experience the fast paced changes and how full or needful engagement of the youth will create a responsible society, very well led and placed on the track of process & development.

Accordingly, the Department of Youth Affairs, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports and Government of India has drafted the National Youth Policy 2023-32(NYP 2023-32) with the vision to synergize the hopes and aspirations of India's youth to enable harmonious growth of society; to harness the energies of youth more effectively towards inclusive economic growth & responsible governance; and to build an enabling environment where youth can come together, persevere, and work relentlessly with their utmost strength towards the making of a new India.

In order to ensure the participation of the stakeholders in policy making process, the Department of Youth Affairs seeks comments/views/suggestions on the draft NYP 2023-32 from all stakeholders.

Sir, Must stop false FIR against the nationals. peoples like the banned organization pfi, they put FIR against their target, which leads to spend time and money of the citizen and valuable time of the court and which leads to sedation cases also. If FIR found to be a false all the charges and expenses, which includes govt. expenses must be deducted from the corresponding police officers salary and must be added in his service book.

Youngsters must take a 100-day challenge to recover from social media and drug addiction. Stay away from social media and intoxicants like cigarettes and alcohol for a hundred days. The youth of our country must recover from the addiction of social media. When the government listens to the most important debates and opinions of the country, the least number of opinions come from the youth. Millions of young people have smart phones in their hands. But less comments are on events of national importance This has to change. Self-restraint is essential for social media use. Daily Timer is a must. Youth should take it as a challenge to visit social networking sites only for certain time. Smart phones have app timer option. We have to keep things like cigarettes and alcohol away for 100 days to get them out of the system. Then control little by little and completely get out of drug abuse. We must be the king of any habit. Any habit can endanger us if we are slaves to it.

Nearly 40% of the Indian population is aged 13 to 35 years and that is around 50 crores. The major issues facing by today’s youth are, 1.Unemployment 2.Gender inequality 3.Social pressures 4.Basic infrastructure 5.Discrimination So to overcome the challenges faced by youth in India requires a multi-faceted approach involving government policies, community efforts and individual initiatives. According to me, primary education is the first thing that a person must get. Now government is doing lot of efforts to overcome unemployment by creating a supportive ecosystem for startups. So by giving more and more support to those startups and and business, more people get job. Offer comprehensive skill development training programs that align with current job market demands. Attract investors and boost business environment and support industries that have a potential to generate jobs. We are living a tech era so we need a knowledge about new technologies and how to utilize it.

The age limit for youth should be fixed again as 18-35. The government should consider this. Even after the age of 25, the youth are struggling without permanent job and income opportunities. The government should also consider their welfare. Activities of youth parliament should be improved. The selection of members of the Youth Parliament should also be revised. Events of Youth Parliament for youth should be given more attention. It should not be a symbolic event. Youth who strive for the development of the country. Must be a member of Parliament. "National youth stars" awards should be given to the youth who have made major contributions and made changes in every field. Government should appreciate young achievers in all fields. A great encouragement should be given. Encouragement and recognition given to young achievers inspires other young people.
