The world is changing in significant ways, and India's youth are poised to make the most out of it. The Youth are action-oriented, having the ability to think creatively and influences positive change across society. Youth are at the fore-front in using technology in all spheres and serves as a critical component in the larger vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat. Hence, there is a need for introducing new policy which can suggest appropriate policy interventions taking into account the impact of digital technology on education, work & employment, how the society will experience the fast paced changes and how full or needful engagement of the youth will create a responsible society, very well led and placed on the track of process & development.

Accordingly, the Department of Youth Affairs, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports and Government of India has drafted the National Youth Policy 2023-32(NYP 2023-32) with the vision to synergize the hopes and aspirations of India's youth to enable harmonious growth of society; to harness the energies of youth more effectively towards inclusive economic growth & responsible governance; and to build an enabling environment where youth can come together, persevere, and work relentlessly with their utmost strength towards the making of a new India.

In order to ensure the participation of the stakeholders in policy making process, the Department of Youth Affairs seeks comments/views/suggestions on the draft NYP 2023-32 from all stakeholders.

2. Political career also people should learn and participate. Many people unaware about this area. Service oriented good people can choose this career. Some guidance , knowledge will help to people to pursue this degree and participate in the growth and service of the country. 3. Similarly the age for IAS need to validate. Because some people does higher educations. When they complete, the age will be more if they want to serve country they cannot. Similarly reservation system need to validate. Some people already ahead of poor. So they can study in normal quota and the benefits can be given to poor.

Modi ji stop Child labor. There are small kids who are forced to beg and collect money on signals across cities. Why is there no action taken when this exploitation is in front of everyone and no action from police also. Why is there no action even if this child exploitation is openly visible. Is this the future of small kids who are forced to beg.

Establishing “Reservation Free Education Institutes” Time has come when we have to review our education reservation policy to provide better opportunity to our YOUTH as per their caliber & to give them strong foundation which shall be a stepping stone & get benefitted to our NATION in next 1000 years. Being a proud member of ICAI, which was established in 1949 only after 2 years of our freedom & running harmoniously without reservation. This is an exemplary for all IITs & other institutions to adopt the practice followed by ICAI as the candidates who can take reservation benefits in others institutions like IITs, Civil services are also feel proud to be a member of ICAI without taking any reservation. It always comes in mind that when ICAI can run harmoniously without reservation since 1949 then why it could not apply for other institutions. Now our young generation should come forward & to choose only those institutes for advances studies wherein no reservation exist.

In continuation to my previous suggestion, Also, there are many urban areas in India but we have only one IT city Bangalore in our country. Why is this? Software is not geographically oriented. Why can’t other cities have software companies. Not only software, why should we have only one Mumbai as Financial city? What my suggestion is just uniformly distribute all the features & make all the 4000 cities & towns in India in 766 districts as a advanced cities. Just by improving the infrastructure you can bring in foreign investments but to make the city as advanced you need Human Resources expertise & experienced in advanced skills right? You need new & advanced inventions & innovations going on in nook & corner of each part of the country. Inventions means not only in science, but also in finance, law, enforcement, administration, businesses, everything & so on. In villages also these inventions should be taking place everyday. That’s how we can progress & changes should be made.
