The world is changing in significant ways, and India's youth are poised to make the most out of it. The Youth are action-oriented, having the ability to think creatively and influences positive change across society. Youth are at the fore-front in using technology in all spheres and serves as a critical component in the larger vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat. Hence, there is a need for introducing new policy which can suggest appropriate policy interventions taking into account the impact of digital technology on education, work & employment, how the society will experience the fast paced changes and how full or needful engagement of the youth will create a responsible society, very well led and placed on the track of process & development.

Accordingly, the Department of Youth Affairs, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports and Government of India has drafted the National Youth Policy 2023-32(NYP 2023-32) with the vision to synergize the hopes and aspirations of India's youth to enable harmonious growth of society; to harness the energies of youth more effectively towards inclusive economic growth & responsible governance; and to build an enabling environment where youth can come together, persevere, and work relentlessly with their utmost strength towards the making of a new India.

In order to ensure the participation of the stakeholders in policy making process, the Department of Youth Affairs seeks comments/views/suggestions on the draft NYP 2023-32 from all stakeholders.

Students with Humanity background is underpaid in private firms eg.asst. prof at private colleges. we spent 7-10yrs of study to get paid just 13k as salary. Should put some regulations on pay scale. Only govt jobs pay well for humanity background students. Saying this in behalf of fellow humanity background students

India's National Youth Policy 2023 have the potential to shape the future of the country by empowering its youth. It is imperative that these recommendations are taken seriously and implemented effectively to address the challenges faced by young people today. Firstly, prioritizing quality education and skill development will enable young Indians to compete on a global scale and contribute meaningfully to the nation's growth. This can be achieved through increased investment in education infrastructure, vocational training programs, and enhanced curriculum focusing on critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Secondly, providing equal opportunities for all youth regardless of gender, caste, or socio-economic background is crucial. Special attention must be given to marginalized communities to ensure their inclusion in decision-making processes and access to resources. Lastly, fostering entrepreneurship among young individuals will encourage innovation and job creation.

ECONOMIC: YOUTH OF ANY STREAM OR ANY COURSE HAS FULL CAPABILITY TO BUILD PROSPEROUS NATION... THUS STEM COURSES ARE BEDROCK AND REQUIRE PROPER INFRA RESEARCH AND CAPITAL..THUS MY POV IS SKILL AND RESEARCH LABS SHOULD BE PRESENT IN EACH AND EVER COLLEGE AND UNIV OF COUNTRY.. FINAL YEAR STUDENTS OF LAW CAN BE USED IN SOLVING CASES IN LOK ADALATS WITH SUPERVISION OF SENIOR ADVOCATES... STUDENTS OF SOCIAL SCIENCES AND HUMANITIES CAN BE USED IN PREPARING QUESTIONNAIRES AND DOING SURVEYS ON SOCIAL ISSUES ALONG WITH VARIOUS AGENCIES OF GOVT. ALSO THE BEST STUDENTS FROM UNIV AND COLLEGES SHOULD BE MOTIVATED TO BRING UP SOLUTIONS TO SOCIAL ISSUES... APART FROM THIS SELF EMPLOYEMENT AND ACCEPTABILITY TOWARDS ALL FIELDS IS NECESSARY...NO WORK IS BIG OR SMALL.... EDUCATION: NO POLICY CAN EVER BE SUCCESSFUL UNTIL EDUCATION QUALITY AND STANDARDS AT ALL LEVELS OF SCHOOLING AND HIGHER EDU ARE GOOD AND STRONG.... PROPER EVALUATION OF GOVT. Dear honorable members, Exposure and immersion to different cultures and societies can help us solve problems that we cannot see otherwise. Sometimes when we look at problems in a society or a culture through a different lens new ideas and solutions may be born. These solutions should not be discussed when living together in an immersive environment but instead the group of youths can return their institutions and discuss the issues with the HOD. Case studies across the country can lead to cross cultural analysis of problems including issues with administration, issues with society, issues with health care, issues related to nutrition and so on. Qualitative and quantitative data from a youths perspective can help us create better solutions while also providing the youths (batches of students) with cultural immersion experiences where they learn to live in the environment of the hosts. Such exercises are on the principle that sentiments of the hosts are respected at all times

SIR WE NEED TO FOCUS ON OVERALL DEVELOPMENT OF YOUTH NOT JUST IN EMPLOYEMENT... 1. SOCIAL: VALUE EDUCATION IN ENGLISH AND HINDI LITERATURE SUBJECTS WOMEN STUDIES FOR ENHANCING THEIR RSPECT TOWARDS WOMEN AND THEIR CONTRIBUTION IN HISTORY..SHOULD BE TAUGHT... GOVT. SHOULD ENCOURAGE OPENING OF DRUG REHABILITATION CENTRES BY DRUG VICTIMS ONLY... PHYSICAL: ANY INDOOR OR OUTDOOR SPORT SHOULD BE MADE COMPULSORY FOR STUDENTS UP TO CLASS 10TH AND LIKE SCIENCE PRACTICALS CBSE TEAM SHOULD TAKE TEST OF PHYSICAL FITNESS OF STUDENTS AND GIVE THEM GRADES IN CBSE MARKSHEET.. ALSO BEST STUDENTS THEN CAN COMPETE AT STATE AND NATIONAL LEVEL.. ALSO ACCORDING TO ME FOREIGN COUNTRIES CAN COLLABORATE WITH INDIA IN BUILDING INFRA AND COMPETITIONS SHOULD BE HELD BETWEEN FOREIGN TRAINEES AND INDIAN TRAINEES FROM TIME TO TIME. Honorable members, There are three aspects to youth policy. a) STEMM education programs in childhood with emphasis on post school hour mentoring through dedicated hours of "preparation time" by an assistant teacher and; b) coaching in sports in every school so that by the time children enter the youth years they have become good in sports and; c) encouraging children to pursue music and liberal arts in schools along with STEMM education & sports. This will improve their knowledge and provide a holistic experience to education Adolescent years and youth years will always capitalize on early childhood which is where the government needs to focus. Good Learning outcomes in early childhood and youth will lead to higher enrollments in universities for research work in sciences and technology. If we consider a Lego like approach the foundational years will shape the youths future course in academics,sports etc. Thus, upgrading HEI is of importance for the building capabilities

Attendance should not be the criteria in engineering colleges. Government should fund the students who want to start the start ups and build their future. One year of waiver of attendance should be given for the students maximum in 3rd year or 4th year of engineering colleges. Professors should encourage students who are talented in start ups. India should implement usa model of engineering with concept of more in to engage them in practical than in learning only books and pass with first class. More practical knowledge is important than mugging up. They should try to follow case studies in practical manner.

every youth should give work to other or make a group to start a new work youths who have cam from villages to learn should go to their villages after learning and help their village people mostly farmers to learn new things in farming and technology , government should teach youth about how to generate electricity with the help of bio gas and make small power plant in villages government should bring a police for the youth that youth should teach villagers who are near to forest that how they can be friendly with nature use the nature so well that they can help nature and them self also ( working with the help of nature for the betterment of both human life and nature life
