The world is changing in significant ways, and India's youth are poised to make the most out of it. The Youth are action-oriented, having the ability to think creatively and influences positive change across society. Youth are at the fore-front in using technology in all spheres and serves as a critical component in the larger vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat. Hence, there is a need for introducing new policy which can suggest appropriate policy interventions taking into account the impact of digital technology on education, work & employment, how the society will experience the fast paced changes and how full or needful engagement of the youth will create a responsible society, very well led and placed on the track of process & development.

Accordingly, the Department of Youth Affairs, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports and Government of India has drafted the National Youth Policy 2023-32(NYP 2023-32) with the vision to synergize the hopes and aspirations of India's youth to enable harmonious growth of society; to harness the energies of youth more effectively towards inclusive economic growth & responsible governance; and to build an enabling environment where youth can come together, persevere, and work relentlessly with their utmost strength towards the making of a new India.

In order to ensure the participation of the stakeholders in policy making process, the Department of Youth Affairs seeks comments/views/suggestions on the draft NYP 2023-32 from all stakeholders.

The internet portal proposed in the Draft Youth Policy should be capable of taking specific queries from young Indians and providing necessary information/explanation according to the policy. This system will be very helpful in dissemination of the Policy amongst the youth and ground level implementation of the pro-youth provisions in the policy as also modifications found necessary in the light of such interactions.

in my opinion we have take reference from other developed country, where youth base has been already set... in addition to this we have to add Indian youth expectations like digitalization, business, new innovations, educational, socially etc and then release policy. I am 33 year old I have more ideas I try to open my firm but I thought about rent cost and loan cost so I can't do any think.. so this are the challenges for middle class youth..

We single boys and girls have to live in cities for years, sometimes for a lifetime alone. but Flats are designed for families only, which we cant afford. Also many societies do not accept single residents. In pg, we lack comfort, privacy and peace of mind. when eating outside, for portion is always served based on 2 people. We single people have genius ideas to build a vetter country and we can work way better than the family people. But we are not given the status, respect and infrastru ture we need to build a powerful tomorrow. Please make the world more single friendly and be sure that we will give back 10x more. We are not anti joint family but the generation gap today is bigger than ever, it is simply not practicle to fight 365days a year and live in such poor mental conditions where nobody is happy. Hence we need a world were we are more understood, heard, appreciated, etc. Please make flats for grown up educatd bachelors & spinsters where we can live with peace and dignity.

One of the original “Objectives of Public Sector Undertakings”, numbering 300, was “Employment to Countrymen”, but this was done away with 15-20 years back and gradual reduction of manpower was initiated to reduce cost and maximize profits of PSUs. On date, about 70%-80% manpower is reduced against official sanctioned manpower. To compensate this, temporary contractual semiskilled/ not so competent manpower to the level of only 40% is deployed. This has resulted in big loss in permanent skilled manpower including workers and engineers. This is impacting growth of industry, productdevelopment and most importantly “Make in India Program”. This has also greatly reduced the job opportunities to our countrymen. It is suggested to reverse the decision and rightly honor the objective of PSUs--- Employment to our Countrymen-- Crores of job will be available immediately if sanctioned manpower is restored. This will enable sustained growth of our PSUs, Govt commitment also gets fulfilled.

please introduce a new law wherein companoes can employ more peoe if they wish but no more overload on single person. overload is resulting in affected health, work life balance, decrease in genius ideas, etc. By cutting down on the mad rat race and inhuman forceful targets, we will achieve higher happiness level. people will have more time and energy left to prioritise what is really important in life at 360 degree. we want to live woth pride, no more slavery for the corporates. we are only heading into frustratuon and chaos and compeating for the fastest all the time. and the real deserving are left behing the speedy ones. the true game changing ideas never find a voice as authorities look more and more for numbers. ideas only come from the top and bottom level is only hired to follow. not to co-work really. so employees are compelled to operate like robots. no wonder why AI is taking over the masses' employment so easily. because robpt is what companies always needed, not humans.
