Sir, Suggestion for water conservation Sir, every year there are floods in North Eastern Region and Eastern India. The rivers are losing the carrying capacity due to silting. A series of manmade ponds may be constructed through which water is stored in reservoirs and the channels will carry the excess water to the areas which are dry and do not get ample rainfall. This will be a manpower intensive exercise but series of manmade lakes and ponds will also promote marine agriculture and serve less rainfall areas while protecting the areas from flood. Further, development has led to concretization. The use of concrete everywhere is not permitting water to percolate and reducing water levels across India. Steps should be taken to promote rainwater harvesting and recharging ground water. Other suggestions are in the pdf uploaded for due consideration.

Honorable PM, Government of India this year 15 August 2024 at 12 am you have to gift Indian the Digital flag in sky which will be displayed at Indian Parliament, Gateway of India, Government Offices Bulding, Indian Army Headquarter, ISRO and DRDO head Office, Wagah Border and even invite Indian Organisation and Industries to display Digital flag in Sky using 3D projector at 12 am it will be either displayed using 3D Projector which will create a screen with High resolution in Sky so that every citizen can celebrate 78th Independence day early morning. This will display the Strenght of India to whole World that how Government is helping citizens to make a strong bond between Civilians and Government of India and GOI has always made sure the rights of Indian are protected and secured. Honorable PM, Government of India in there are thousands of Chemical companies which use Plastic drums for transporting chemicals to various Manufacturers once the chemical is used the drums are then sold to scrap dealers and then this drums are either cleaned and sold for sotorage water or food grains but one of manufacturing unit has used this druns to manufacture trolley for construction purpouse.
