The most popular brands Big Bazaar (Future Enterprises Limited ) has accepted public money in the name of fixed deposit & cheated a large number of people .The victims include middle class people ,housewives ,senior citizens & super senior citizens.The above wilful defaulter is taking shelter under insolvency process of IBC2016 .NCLT has proposed a resolution of 90% cut in principal deposit which is injustice .This is a clear example of lack of governance. If any law does not take care of the depositors then either it should be erased or reframed, but should definitely not support such willful defaulters.The section IBC 2016 is giving shelter to the wilful defaulters and showing them the path to escape.We had faith & trust in our Honourable prime minister & patiently waited for more than 2 years to get our hard-earned money back from corporate debtor Bigbazaar (FEL). We have tried to knock on all possible platforms to get justice and found that all the doors are shut. Sir plz help us

Make bill as not to stand from more than one constituency as if candidate won in more than one constituency then has to resign from one seat and again election in that constituency which will unnessesary burdon to national tresury. Also anybody wants to stand for any constituency then has to resign existing position whether MLA/ MP or any other service persons
