PHH वाले पूर्व से कवर है। 2. 70 वर्ष से अधिक उच्च आय वर्ग वाले ज्यादा जीते है। 3. बाद कुछ प्रतिशत ही इससे कवर होंगे। यदि उम्र लिमिट 60 वर्ष रखा जाए तो अधिक से अधिक सामान्य लोग लाभ उठा पाएंगे। यह योजना भाजपा के लिए गेम चेंजर होगा।
