युवा शक्ति का उचित प्रबंधन करना शासन का उत्तरदायित्व हैं. आज देश की युवा शक्ति अपने को उपेक्षित महसूस कर रहे हैं. सरकारी स्तर पर योजनाओं का संचालन आवश्यक है जिससे युवाओं को एक दिशा मिले. अनेक क्षेत्रों में निर्माण कार्य जरुरी हैं.जनपदीय कार्यो , खेती उत्पादन बढ़ाने और भूमि का उचित प्रबंधन करना, खाद्य पदार्थों का वितरण भंडारण और निर्यात आदि अनेको क्षेत्रों में युवा शक्ति की आवश्यकता है. मेरा मानना है कि यदि युवाओ को ये एहसास हो कि उनका कार्य राष्ट्रीय उन्नति के लिये है तो वे कभी गलत दिशा में नहीं जायेंगे.
