Government of India is taking many green initiatives to protect environmental reduce co2 emissions my suggestions are as under 1 cess should levied on coal which is fossils fuel the revenue generated should be used for cross subsidizing solar power tariff and renewable energy tarrifs 2. Cess should be levied on petrol and revenue to be utilized for efficient effective public transport system like bus transport service metro service and also for subsidizing electric vehicles 3 cess should be imposed on toll tax paid by cars for utilizing highways the revenue generated should be utilized for subsidizing electric bases. 4 cess should be imposed on petrol diesel two wheelers and cars sold in country for subsidizing the electric vehicles sold in country

Unani medicine is human friendly not causing any side effects unani medicine is plant based medicine prepared from extraction of plants trepenes alkaloids etc It is very helpful for all the ages and show its results quickly its half life is less I personally taken this medicine n i am about in recovery phase

मैं हिरदेश खरे पुनः आपकी बात को आप सभी की समक्ष रखना चाहता हूं कि भारत के वर्तमान प्रवेश में चिकित्सा की जगत में बहुत से व्यापक कार्य किया जा रहे हैं और उन व्यापक कार्यों को एक निश्चित दिशा प्रदान करने के लिए अगर हम पद्धति को थोड़ा सा बदल कर देखें तो निश्चित ही चिकित्सा के क्षेत्र में बहुत से अच्छे परिणाम आ सकती हैं हमारी पुरानी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सा पद्धति जिससे मानव की नस को कंट्रोल कर ही हम उनके रोगों का पता लगा सकते थे आज कहीं ना कहीं हम 21वीं सदी में है और आज की चिकित्सा पद्धति के माध्यम से हम रोहन पर अंकुश तो लगा देते हैं लेकिन जड़ से उन लोगों को खत्म नहीं कर पाते हैं तो मैं अपनी बात के माध्यम से ही कहना चाहूंगा कि हम चिकित्सा पद्धति के अंतर्गत तू यूनानी पद्धति उसमें ऐसी विशेषज्ञों का चयन करें वह विशेषज्ञ अपनी राय से इस पद्धति को और पारदर्शक बनाने में चिकित्सा के क्षेत्र में अपना योगदान कर सकें तभी हमारी चिकित्सा पद्धति और विकसित और व्यापक होगी क्योंकि वर्तमान में जो हमारे माननीय सरकार है उन्होने ने चिकित्सा के क्षेत्र में बहुत ही अच्छे कार्य किए हैं चिकित्सा को और पारदर्शक बनाने

मैं डॉक्टर हिरदेश कर शिक्षक इंटर कॉलेज से प्रवक्ता के पद पर कर रथ हूं और आज के बढ़ते चलन में चिकित्सा की पद्धति विकसित की जा रही है और इस दौर में बहुत सी ऐसी जटिल रोग है जहां पर हम लोगों से निदान नहीं पा सकते तो क्यों ना हम एक ऐसी पद्धति को अपना कर देखा जहां हम उसे रोगों से नाइट निजात पा सकती है और निश्चित ही उसे रोग पर अंकुश लगा सकते हैं पुरानी पद्धति जो की प्राकृतिक पद्धति को मिलाकर यूनानी पद्धति का एक रूप तैयार किया जगह है जहां पर हम एसएससी रोगों का अध्ययन करते हैं जिनसे निजात पाने के लिए हम सभी उसे पद्धति का उपयोग करते हैं इस पद्धति को और सरकार बनाने के लिए हम सभी एक पैनल को तैयार करें उसे पैनल में एससी यूनानी पद्धति संबंधित जो विशेषज्ञ हैं उनको उसे टीम में शामिल करें जहां पर जो है उसकी गहन अध्ययन हो सके और उसे अध्ययन की माध्यम से हम जटिल से जटिल रोगों पर निदान का सके क्योंकि आज की बढ़ती चलन में हम वास्तविक आयुर्वेदिक पद्धति को कहीं ना कहीं भूलते जा रहे हैं तो उसे पद्धति को हम फिर से सरकार बनाने के लिए इस पर पुनः जोड़ देना चाहते तभी चिकित्सा के क्षेत्र में हमारे व्यापक प्रणाम अच्छी

कोई एक चिकित्सा हर जगह कामयाब नहीं होती इसलिए जहां-जहां यूनानी अच्छी है बेहतर है कच्चा माल आसानी से उपलब्ध है सस्ती है जल्दी चिकित्सा होती है कोई साइड इफेक्ट नहीं है वहां वहां बीमारी में इसका इस्तेमाल कर लेना चाहिए। लेकिन यह नहीं यूनानी चिकित्सा पर जोर लगा दे। जो चिकित्सा सबसे ज्यादा अच्छी है वहां पर हम उसका उपयोग करें सभी चिकित्सा पद्धति हर बीमारी में अच्छी नहीं होती। कोई किसी बीमारी में अच्छी होती है कोई दूसरी बीमारी में अच्छी होती है एक पद्धति से इलाज करना आज के जमाने में सही नहीं है। आपका सवाल ही गलत है। हमे यूनानी से प्यार नहीं दिखाना है। हमे जनता से प्यार दिखाना है। जनता का हित देखना है। हमे देश का हित देखना है। एक कमेटी बनाये जिसमें जो नयी सोच दे रहे है उनसे विचार विमर्श करे।
