We need to nurture tribal cooperative societies focusing on collective farming, horticulture, dairy, fishery, and any other cultural relevant agro and agro adjacent industries that can help improve tribal communities have increased employment and economic prosperity. if they can focus on economically lucrative sectors and products, there is a lot of promise in exploring this. govt needs to provide access to credit for establishing these cooperative societies and a line of credit for a fixed period of 2-3 years.

बहुत आसान है। पहले ST:Status जो संविधान में SC के साथ नहीं दर्शाएं;दोनों तथ्यों अनुसार समानांतर विषय नहीं हैं। दूसरे उनको अपने क्षेत्रों में से विकसित होने दें;उनमें से योगदान निकालने दें;अपने मूल कार्य में आगे बढ़ाने में सरकार कोई अवांछनीय सहयोग जैसे मुफ्त वगैरह छोड़ उनकी प्रगति प्राप्ति में कठिनाई दूर करने में सहयोग करे:पुनः उनके क्षेत्रों की पहचान बढ़ाएं;

Tribal communities in different parts of India are storehourses of vast amount of knowledge in different fields. Because of their long and continued association with natural resources, especially forest resources, they have vast knowledge about medicinal plants that are of critial help even today. For example, some tribes in Karnataka use the root of a shrub to cure jaundice. Similarly, they use ferrugeneous ochre (ferrugenous shale) to treat herpes. These are extremely simple, very quick and really affordable (cheap) compared to the allopathic medicines. Unfortunately, they are not recorded, and hence these extremely valuable knowledges are slowly disappearing. Such treatment methods are to be recorded and published in regional languages as well as Hindi and English. It will be a great tribute to the tribals.
