As part of the Janjatiya Gaurav Varsh celebrations, the Ministry of Tribal Affairs in collaboration with MyGov invites citizens to participate in the Tribal Painting Contest to showcase the rich artistic traditions of India’s tribal communities.

Participants can create paintings inspired by tribal life, festivals, folklore, nature, or tribal heroes such as Dharti Aaba Birsa Munda. The contest aims to promote awareness and appreciation of traditional art forms like Warli, Gond, Sohrai, Saura, and Pithora paintings, which beautifully express the connection between people, culture, and nature.
