On the occasion of Dharti Aaba Birsa Munda Jayanti and as part of the Janjatiya Gaurav Varsh celebrations, the Ministry of Tribal Affairs in collaboration with MyGov invites citizens to participate in the Tribal Folk Tales Contest. The contest encourages participants to share inspiring folk tales, legends, or oral stories from tribal communities that reflect their wisdom, courage, and deep connection with nature. These stories can highlight tribal heroes, traditions, or cultural values that continue to shape India’s heritage.
