National Statistical Office (NSO) under the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation (MoSPI) is undertaking the Base Revision Exercise of the Index of Industrial Production (IIP) to ensure that the index remains aligned with the current structure and dynamics of India’s industrial sector.

As part of this initiative, MoSPI has released a Discussion Paper 1.0 titled “Substitution of Factories in the Compilation of the Index of Industrial Production”, which details the proposed methodology for the upcoming IIP series and seeks to enhance accuracy and representativeness in future compilations.

The Ministry invites views, comments, and suggestions from experts, academicians, Central & State Government departments, financial institutions, industry bodies, and all other stakeholders. Feedback may be shared at: iipcso@nic.in

कोई भी चिज प्रकृती ने बेवजह या खराब नही बनाई है वो ईन्सान की सोच है जो उसे मलाईन करना चाहती है (ईच्छाओ के वजह से) पर सिखाती नही , सिखना पडता है सोच-विचार संस्कार से जैसा कचरा करना सब चिज उपयोग करेगा पर रखरखाव नही..खैर औद्योगिक परपेक्ष मे वस्तुऐ बहोत के बजाए बहुस्तरीय बहुपरती जैसा उसे समाज उतयोगीय बनाना ज्यादातर लाभदायी हो सकता है समाज के लिए क्यु के उसकी बहु परतिय संरचना उसे लंबे समय तक उपयोगी परपेक्ष बनाए रख सकती है input values - maintain recorded by digital footprint inspect in digital format those who r self suspect about good or product may won't survive long term can mention possibilities in previous record so help indirectly to maintain bot record but also to make it usefully in other substitute few times there r verious reason so if mention also reasons in ways of probabilities it help themselves at

Sir, It is a very good proposal for substitution of Old factories with new ones of the latest version which may also be beneficial for the consumers as the latest version of every kind of product will be available for the consumers very easily in the market at reasonable price almost similar price everywhere in the Country. It will also bring transparency in the price of every product when only one type of product of every kind will be available In the market as every seller will charge almost one price everywhere for the same product. Hope that this project will come into force very soon. Thanking you
