India creates large amounts of plastic waste, but even though a lot of recycling technologies exist, they usually fail because most waste is mixed wet waste instead of segregated waste. Mixed waste contains plastics, raises processing cosrs and makes large scale recycling (plastic to fuel, lumber, panels, furniture, roads) unrealistic.
Current plastic Waste management rules mandate segregation, but enforcement is weak and penalties are rarely applied, leading to landfill dependencs and open burning.
The current system rewards waste dumping and littering because eco friendly options or segregation cost more.

At present due to some global issues Exporters are struggling to export to the USA. While this situation should get resolved in the comings weeks India needs to strenghten its infrastructure and defence capabilities considerably. Capital formationn can be done in two ways for these areas. One is through the Capital market raising money for companies in these sectors. To incentivise this the Government may consider lowering the Capital Gain tax to 5% for the next 3 years as a one time measure. This will also attract FII and FDI as the Rupee is now at comparably favourable levels. For the second option the Government can also look to monetize the huge Gold and Silver holdings of trusts and individuals. Both Gold and Silver are at record highs so any attractive capital gain tax scheme might help generate funds for the banking system, tax revenue for the Government and an opportunity to convert bullion holdings to free funds for trusts and individuals. This will also help save forex

Many young people do technical work in the formal sector without receiving vocational education. Textile factories in the formal sector often select workers through internships without the govt's attention or participation. Even if factories provide internship training, it should be mandatory to register the completion of the training with the sector skill council of the relevant sector. The trained persons should be given a sector skill council training completion certificate. The training completion certificate should include the SOP training details given to the trainees in the factories. They should also declare that they have been certified by the Skill India Mission. NCVT certificate can also be given. The govt should give incentives to the industry that provided the training. After the arrival of the Skill India Mission, if certificates are given to people who have taken internship training in formal factories since 2015,it will be like a huge achievement of the Skill India Mission.

Respected sir/maam
I am well aware of all the good reforms being done in the country by the union government which also includes the gst reform of 2025 , i have a small suggestion in the gst reform only as the slab of 28% is no more in work most of the items are shifted to 18%or 5% so i want to give a suggestion to please move the works contract in services to either 5% or 0% gst as the 28% slab got discontinued the gst input is far low than the old scheme so i request to kindly move it to 5% slab with or without GST input carry forward to next month as it will also help in generating more revenue for the states and centre as less refund will have to be given and it will not be carry forward to next month so will also result in generating more income so it will be better for government also . The gst is paid by government agencies on the basic bill amount and is submitted to government only but with refund in todays date if this reform come to place it will help in generating income.

1.Allow additional deduction for actual assistive‑device and accessibility expenses (wheelchairs, vehicle modifications, home/office accessibility) over and above fixed 80U/80DD limits.
2.Give an extra standard deduction in salary income for divyang employees (over and above the normal standard deduction) to recognise recurring costs like transport, caregivers, and medical support.
3.Allow 80U and 80DD deductions in new tax regimes,Ensure that all these benefits are clearly available under both old and new tax regim
4.Kindly Reduce GST on vehicles for all benchmark disabilities to 5% (or 0%) with no cess, instead of the present 18%.
5.Allow GST concession even when the vehicle is driven by a driver (not only self‑driven by the disabled person), recognising that many divyangjan cannot themselves drive

6. Please allow MFDs & distributors of other financial & protection products, to use presumptive tax scheme under section 44AD like other professionals and SMSE companies without having to maintain books of accounts. This will help them focus more on their business of bringing more & more people to invest in products like NPS, MFs etc. & help government on financial inclusion of more & more people. Also please consider raising the limit to one crore for the same.
