The Bureau of Police Research and Development (BPR&D) under the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) in collaboration with MyGov invites the citizens, especially the youth to participate in the “NCL Video Contest on e-Summons for Timely Justice" in its pursuit to make people more aware of the New Criminal Laws (NCL), namely:

I. Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023
II. Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023
III. Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023

Specifications:
i. Duration of video – 2 to 5 minutes
ii. Format - MP4
iii. Language – Hindi, English & Regional
iv. Share the link of your video on MyGov (YouTube link or Google Drive link with public access)

Theme: e-Summons for Timely Justice

These short videos created by the participants will help us generate more awareness among the youth (university/school children) of this country.

Gratification: The Best entry will receive the Prize Money are as under:
1st winner of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only)
2nd winner of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only)
3rd winner of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only)
