Honorable Pradhan Manthri Ji , Namaste, Firstly, I wholeheartedly thank you for your dedication and concern in addressing citizens' issues through Mann ki Baat. I request you to highlight and resolve the following issues to preserve, conserve and protect the environment: 1. Decentralized Waste Management in urban areas: There is need to develop a revenue model to sensitize the citizens in Wet and Dry waste management. Every household to be trained in wet waste management through Black Soldier Fly decomposition method or any eco friendly method. The Final manure product to be bought by the government or any agency to encourage effective segregation of Wet and Dry waste . Similarly , Dry waste to be collected every week through similar revenue models to ensure that Dry and wet waste do not pollute the environment.

Respected Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji, Nowadays a significant gap exists between the theoretical knowledge taught in classroom and the actual technical skills demanded by the current job market academic syllabus in many institutions remain outdated ,offering minimal exposure to emerging industries,modern technologies and practical internships. this mismatch results in rising unemployment and under employment among fresh graduates the education system requires an accelerated structural update to embed real world problem solving m, mandatory vocational traing and industry aligned skill development into standard courses

girl child is a symbol of love, hope, strength, and happiness. She is a daughter, a sister, a friend, and the future of our country. Every girl has the right to live with dignity, receive a good education, and achieve her dreams. A nation can truly progress only when its girls are safe, respected, and empowered. In earlier times, many girls faced discrimination. They were often denied education, proper healthcare, and equal opportunities. Fortunately, people’s thinking is changing. Today, girls are proving their talent in every field. They are becoming scientists, doctors, teachers, engineers, judges, entrepreneurs, athletes, and even serving the nation in the armed forces. Women like Kalpana Chawla, P.To encourage equality, the Government of India launched the Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao campaign. This initiative promotes the protection, education, and empowerment of girls. It reminds us that every girl deserves the chance to learn, grow, and succeed.

Pradhanmantri Ji Namastey. Our current education system is the biggest hurdle in the road to viksit bharat. I know about NEP but it doesn't do much to transform the system. Our education system is more a degree system and less a knowledge system. I would like bigger transformations happening in the education. In my opinion, we should move away from the current system of giving marks and declaring fail and pass on the report card. Their should be no criteria for failing and passing, it should be entirely upto the student and the parents to decided whether they want to move on or repeat. The second is that we should remove all degree requirements from all job postings where written exams are conducted. It must be either degree or the written exam not both. Since exam serves the purpose of evaluting a candidate there is absolutely no need to ask for a degree.

Historical foundation, modern Transportation, National pride, Vikasit bharat

Namaste ji. "India is living in villages"- Mahatma Gandhiji. Our Central Government have taken more efforts to the uplifting of Rural People. In previous days Extension Education Departments have contributed more to rural through village placement programs. Now it's lost importance in Academic Institutions without new recruitment in place of retirees. Extension Departments are available in few universities only. To make awareness on our Honourable PM's schemes for rural Development, Extension Education Departments may be strengthened. Especially in Ministry of Education funded Institutions, it is more important to take action now. This is the need for the hour. I want to mention that Gandhigram Rural Institute, Tamil Nadu which they have contributed more before 7 years. Now it losts it's unique identity. I request you to strengthen the Extension Education Departments for uplifting Rural People. Please speak sir. Jai hind

I Suggest The Honourable PM to Address the Issue Regarding Paper Leak , E20 petrol, and Explain thw Reason Behide giving 6th Sechdule status behide our Statigic Location of Ladhak, Why Manipur is Burning and Why Development on Andaman is going when it has a dangerious threat of Ecology and Finnaly Regarding why does he staying calm when Mr. Donald Trump is talking and putting sanctions on our India.

Namaste ji. No recruitment have been done in Academic Institutions for the past 10 years under Ministry of Education especially in Tamilnadu. More youths are expecting Our Honourable PM Modiji's care in early recruitment. Unless otherwise, the Ministry of Education no other hopes for the temporary staff who were working with more future dreams. Some outsiders and politicians are trying to make rumors on recruitment. Like Rozgar mela, a massive recruitment may be done within the permitted rules because 60 percent posts are vacant. I request Honourable PM to give light more families. From the Independence,the people are really living happily for the past 12 years. Our Nation faced lot of issues due to Covid, Nation security and Economy. Our Honourable PM handled with Iron hand and worked tireless to save Nation and people. Please consider my request and speak sir. Jai hind.
