India is reaching new heights but in scientific research we are still not on the top as we should be. in my opinion scientific research should made compulsorily to work for better livelihood and be practical in nature. mere using high technology ,molecular biological tool or using genomics research should be restricted . A committee should be made to examine all research every year which may include known researcher even retired also alongwith jan pratinidhi and members of civil societies and common man . india need research but also need upliftment of our farmers and common man . Road safety is not just a responsibility of the government or traffic police; it is the duty of every citizen. Every year, many lives are lost due to the absence of helmets and non-compliance with vehicle safety norms such as valid PUC certificates. I would like to suggest a practical and citizen-friendly initiative. Instead of only penalizing bikers who are found without helmets or a valid PUC certificate, traffic police can set up a dedicated counter at busy traffic circles and junctions. If a rider is stopped and found without a helmet or PUC, they should be given an opportunity to immediately purchase a certified helmet or obtain a PUC certificate at the spot. This approach would not only enforce the law but also encourage compliance in a positive way. The objective should be safety first, punishment second. When riders leave the checkpoint with a helmet on their head and proper vehicle documentation, the roads become safer for everyone.
