I believe that many universities and colleges in India are teaching students to fit into the system rather than to fix it. Education should cultivate critical thinking, ethical leadership, and the courage to reform institutions—not merely produce individuals who unquestioningly adapt to existing structures. For instance, when discussions on issues such as judicial corruption are removed from textbooks or discouraged out of concern for contempt of court, we risk shielding students from confronting real-world challenges. Instead of avoiding uncomfortable truths, our education system should encourage students to critically examine institutional shortcomings and explore constitutional, legal, and policy-based solutions. A nation progresses not by producing citizens who simply conform to a flawed system, but by nurturing thinkers and innovators who possess the knowledge, integrity, and determination to improve it.

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, मैं संजय कुमार अग्रवाल, पिता स्व. श्री कृष्ण कुमार अग्रवाल, माता श्रीमती रत्नकुमारी अग्रवाल, छ.ग. के दुर्ग शहर का निवासी हूँ। मैं स्वंय,भिलाई इस्पात संयंत्रमें महाप्रबंधक (सुरक्षा अभियांत्रिकी विभाग) के पद पर कार्यरत हूँ। हमारा पैतृक ग्राम पथरिया, दुर्ग शहर का ही एक छोटा सा गाँव है। कुछ कारणों से हमारे पैतृक ग्राम में स्थित (लगभग एक एकड़) भूमि कई वर्षों से व्यर्थ पड़ा हुआ था । माननीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी के अभियान "एक पेड़ माँ के नाम" से मैं और मेरी पत्नी श्रीमती सीमा अग्रवाल के मन में, विचार आया कि क्यों ना हम उस एक एकड़ के जमीन पर माता पिता के याद मेंSelf-Sustainable (आत्मनिर्भर) फार्म विकसित करेंगे । बंजर पड़ी जमीन को हमने, अपने ही दूसरे खेत से मिट्टी लाकर उपजाऊ बनाने का प्रयास किया, जिससे खेत में एक जल संरक्षण तालाब का निर्माण हो गया है, जिससे भू-जल स्तर में वृद्धि के साथ-साथ खेती की आवश्यकताओं की पूर्ति होगी। हमने अपने दिवंगत माता-पिता की याद में दिनांक 5 जुलाई 2026 को पौधा-रोपण कार्यक्रम सम्पन्न किया ।

It is difficult for the Govt to create jobs for the 146Cr population. The alternative is training for Start-up. The Govt should introduce optional subject start-up at school level. The student interested will be ready to go with entrepreneurship & create jobs for others. Many interested candidates do not know all Govt schemes, finance & other related procedures to overcome the challenges. Govt initiative should publish book “Start-up revolution in new India & Its growth trajectory” in all languages & implement compulsury study for all schools in India.For Women empowerment & economic activity Drone Didi Training & Finance most important for every villages in India.Marut Training Agency doing good job in Gawalior Madhya Pradesh..

Global climate change is the biggest challenge for mankind. India committed to fulfill the growing demand of energy requirement 500 GW from renewable energy by 2030. I had good involvement in Wind mill tower manufacturing.Every state in the race to achieve this milestone target before schedule timeline. Accordingly major contributing states are developing Tamil Nadu- nuclear,wind,solar,Maharashtra-nuclear,wind,solar,Rajasthan-nuclear,wind,solar,MP-Hydel,solar, Karnataka-wind,solar,Gujarat-wind,world largest solar,north-east-Hydel power. The state West Bengal is doing nothing in producing energy from renewable sources. Now the additional demand of energy for WB is about 2400MW. The Double engine Govt initiative should focus on solar & wind power sources to satisfy this requirement. In Singur Tata-Nano factory unused land could be the 1st attempt for a Solar power unit. The people of Singur long expectation from the Govt those uncultivated land should be used for ind. & job opportunity

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, मै आपका ध्यान शिक्षा क्षेत्र के उस विषय पर लाना चाहता हूं जिसमें अध्यापकों को 20से 25 या अधिक वर्ष तक सेवा करते हुए हो गया है। जिनके पढ़ाये गए बच्चे आज अच्छे मुकाम पर हैं । लेकिन उन अध्यापकों को अपनी पात्रता साबित करनी पड़ रही है। अध्यापक की तो मजबूरी है लेकिन क्या यह हमारे शिक्षा क्षेत्र पर एक सवालिया निशान नहीं है। यह कैसी व्यस्था है जिसमें केवल अध्यापकों को ही अपनी पात्रता साबित करनी है। जिनके सामने साबित करना है क्या वे अध्यापक पात्रता परीक्षा पास किये गये अध्यापकों द्वारा पढ़ाए गए हैं। या केवल इसका उद्येश्य केवल पुराने अध्यापकों जिनकी नियुक्ति के समय यह नियम था ही नहीं को बाहर कर कुछ और व्यवस्था करना है। मुझे लगता है हर विषय की तरह इस विषय पर आप अपनी राय जरूर रखेंगे।
