On 15th August every year, the Prime Minister speaks from the ramparts of the Red Fort and lays out the government's programmes and policies. Over the last few years, the Hon’ble Prime Minister has directly invited ideas and suggestions from citizens for the Independence Day Speech. Similarly, this year too the Prime Minister invites citizens to contribute their inputs for New India. So, now you have the opportunity to tell your ideas, give word to your suggestions and crystallize your vision. PM Narendra Modi may pick up some of the ideas in his speech on 15th August.

**Honourable Prime Minister,**
As India celebrates her 80th Independence Day, I would like to make my humble contribution to your speech. Since Partition, India has overcome numerous challenges, including terrorism, insurgency, corruption, and divisive forces, emerging stronger with every setback. Today, India proudly stands as the world's fourth-largest economy, supported by a strong military, rapid technological advancements, achievements in space exploration, and growing global leadership. As we honour the sacrifices of our freedom fighters, let us reaffirm our commitment to unity, progress, and self-reliance. May India continue to rise higher, inspiring future generations with resilience, courage, and an unwavering spirit of nation-building.

Jai Hind Sir!
As a humble suggestion for this year's Independence Day address, it would be wonderful if the historic commissioning of the first batch of women officers trained through the National Defence Academy could be mentioned. Their commissioning marks a defining moment in our nation's journey towards equality, opportunity, and service to the motherland. It is a proud milestone that reflects the spirit of Nari Shakti and the aspirations of a Viksit Bharat.
I believe this achievement would inspire countless young girls across the country to dream fearlessly and serve the nation with pride.
Thank you for providing citizens with the opportunity to share suggestions.
Jai Hind!

Dear Sir,
I am delighted to share an inspiring idea for the development of our nation with you.
This time, I would like to introduce you to a remarkable person from Kerala—my father, Mr. Bhaskaran V. G. He has made a significant discovery in the field of Ayurveda with a plant named 'Vallikattedi.' By chance, he identified the medicinal properties of this wild vine plant, which has led him to explore its potential for healing injuries. He recognized that this plant has miraculous healing properties for those who are bedridden due to accidents. It has become quite rare in Kerala, and he has started efforts to conserve it. This plant is now also known as 'Bhaskaravalli.'
I kindly request that the Government of India take the necessary steps to include Bhaskaravalli (Vallikattedi) in the list of recognized herbal plants.
Wishing you a Happy Independence Day.
Sincerely,
Bhagyaraj V B

As I am concerned with medical education, I have observed that our respected Health Minister has announced 100 MBBS seats for PGIMER Chandigarh since last two consecutive year's, but these 100 seats has not been added to the seat matrix till date due to which even our top 100 students in NEET merit are not able to secure seats in a Primere institutes like AIIMS Delhi and PGIMER,
Therefore it is suggested that till PGIMER Chandigarh is not ready for their 100 seats intake, the UG MBBS seats at AIIMS Delhi may be increased to atleast 200 instead of existing 125, so that atleast top AIR100 students may be given the great opportunity to join the premier institutions of Nation.
This will help them to console themselves with the benefit of giving RENEET this year and simultaneously bring the pride to the government by touching the target of 1.5 lakhs MBBS seats this year with increase in quantity as well as quality of medical education in country.
Thanks and regards
Dr Ashok Kumar
