Sir, huge respect for what you do. 🙏 For the youth, I request you talk a little about the most vulnerable and forgotten youth...those who are orphans and have no families and for whom a govt like yours is their only guardian and hope...they need your support. These care leavers often become unemployed homeless take to crime or go for prostituition because there is no one to guide them...under the Mission Vatsalya there isbsupport for them and MWCD is also doing a lot, but a few lines to them from you will give them hope, something they do not have now. You had earlier said IAS officers must become mentors to vulnerable youth but most DMs do not even know how many care leavers live in their districts. These numbers are handful but still each one is a citizen and have lived in child care institutions and so much money invested in them when they were children.if we forget them in their youth days they will fall in wrong hands and get exploited.

विषय: स्वतंत्रता दिवस 2026 संबोधन हेतु सुझाव 'राष्ट्रीय युवा नवोन्मेष व भविष्य तकनीक गारंटी मिशन मेरा परिचय:मेरा नाम नीरज सिंह नरुका है और में राजस्थान में अलवर जिले के मालाखेड़ा तहसील के पास एक छोटा सा गांव है खरखड़ा(केरवावाल)वहां से आता हूं! आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, लाल किले की प्राचीर से 'विकसित भारत 2047' के संकल्प को नई गति देने के लिए मेरा एक अभिनव सुझाव है: सुझाव: देश में "राष्ट्रीय युवा नवोन्मेष गारंटी मिशन" की शुरुआत की जाए। इसके तहत: 1.आइडिया ही आपकी गारंटी: 18-35 वर्ष के युवाओं के पास यदि राष्ट्र निर्माण,तकनीक, कृषि या सामाजिक सुधार से जुड़ा कोई व्यावहारिक आइडिया है, तो सरकार बिना किसी कॉलेटरल (सिफारिश/संपत्ति) के उन्हें 'इनक्यूबेशन से लेकर पेटेंट' तक का खर्च और शुरुआती पूंजी (Seed Fund) दे। 2.जिला स्तरीय'युवा इनोवेशन हब': हर जिले के सरकारी कॉलेजों/आईटीआई में युवाओं के लिए ओपन-लैब बनाई जाए जहाँ वे अपने विचारों को प्रोटोटाइप में बदल सकें। 3.'मेक इन इंडिया' से 'इन्वेंट इन इंडिया':युवाओं को सिर्फ रोज़गार पाने वाला नहीं,बल्कि नए उद्योगों का जनक और रोज़गारदाता बनाया जाए

My dear fellow citizens, On this 79th Independence Day, I extend my heartfelt greetings to every Indian. We pay tribute to the brave freedom fighters whose sacrifices gave us the gift of freedom. Over the last 79 years, India has emerged as the world's largest democracy, become a global leader in digital innovation, achieved remarkable success in space missions, strengthened its defence capabilities, and made significant progress in education, healthcare, agriculture, and infrastructure. These achievements reflect the hard work and determination of every Indian. Our greatest strength is our unity in diversity. Let us work together to build a developed, self-reliant, inclusive, and prosperous India. Respected Prime Minister, On the occasion of this Independence Day, I would like to share a few suggestions for the future development of India. My first suggestion is about Artificial Intelligence (AI). AI should be introduced as a subject in all educational institutions across the country, including both government and private schools and colleges. In addition, it would be beneficial if every student could complete at least one skill-based course by the time they finish higher secondary education (Class 12). Instead of overloading students with too many subjects, the education system should focus more on practical and future-oriented skills that will benefit them in the years ahead.

श्री मान आदरणीय प्रधान मंत्री जी प्रणाम, श्री महाकाल महादेव जी की कृपा एवं प्रभु के द्वारा दी गई बुद्धि से , पेपर लीक जैसी बड़ी समस्या के समाधान के लिए मेरे पास बहुत ही अच्छा आईडिया है भविष्य में कभी कोई पेपर लीक नहीं होगा। इसकी योजना बनाने के लिए ५० लोगो की आवश्यकता ही नहीं है , सिर्फ एक ही काफी है। एवं मोबाईल औ टी पी से होने वाले मनी फ्राड को रोकने के लिए भी मेरे पास unique आईडिया है जिसे बैंको द्वारा उपयोग किये जाने के बाद अन्य व्यक्ति के हाथों में मोबाइल चला भी जाएगा तो वह औ टी पी का उपयोग करके , मनी ट्रांसफर नहीं कर पायेगा। एवं देश में व्याप्त कई कई समस्याओं का समाधान में सुझाने में मदद कर सकता हूँ। कृपया मिलने का मौका दीजिये।

"Solar Panchayat": Incentivize villages and residential associations to become 100% solar-powered through tiered recognition and grants for community infrastructure. Mission LiFE "Green Credits": Introduce a community-led credit system in schools and local bodies. Citizens earn credits for measurable actions like tree survival, plastic reduction, and rainwater harvesting, which can be tied to academic benefits or tax incentives. Empower Youth: Create micro-loans for innovators tackling sustainable agriculture and waste management, solving environmental issues while boosting employment. By decentralizing green initiatives, we ensure a sustainable and technologically advanced journey to 2047. Thank you.

I would like to suggest that India’s education system should also be improved according to changing times. Along with updating the syllabus, the methods of teaching should become more practical, interactive, skill-based, and technology-oriented. Students should be encouraged to develop creativity, critical thinking, communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and practical knowledge instead of focusing mainly on memorisation and examinations. As India continues to develop and compete globally, our education system should adapt to new opportunities and prepare students for the future. These changes can help create confident, skilled, innovative, and responsible citizens who can contribute to the progress of our country.
