The Logistics Division, DPIIT, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, in collaboration with MyGov, invites citizens' suggestions and comments on the National Transport Master Plan, covering connectivity, travel experience and transport priorities for the next 10 years.

The Logistics Division, Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Commerce and Industry, in collaboration with MyGov, invites suggestions and comments from citizens for the preparation of the National Transport Master Plan, which will guide the country's road, railway, aviation, maritime and urban connectivity over the next 10 years.

On the occasion of the 5th Anniversary of the PM GatiShakti National Master Plan (13 October 2026), this discussion seeks the on-ground experience and ideas of citizens who travel every day, whether for work, study, business or family. The aim is an integrated, multimodal and citizen-centric transport network that makes the movement of people and goods faster, safer and smoother.

Citizens are invited to share views on the following:

      1. First and last mile connectivity: how easily you can reach and leave stations, bus stands, airports and ports.
      2. Amenities and facilities in Railways and Roadways: at railway stations, bus stands, highways and rest areas.
      3. Expected travel time and experience from the National Capital to State Capitals: what is reasonable and what you actually experience.
      4. Expected travel time and experience from State Capitals to District Headquarters: what is reasonable and what you actually experience.
      5. Preferred mode of travel: Rail, Road or Air, and why.
      6. Local transport, including Metro and buses: availability, reliability, comfort and safety.
      7. Infrastructure priority: whether the Government should prioritise Roads or Railways, and why.
      8. Adherence to traffic laws: your suggestions to improve road discipline and safety.

Title: Suggestions for Improving India's National Transport System I suggest that the Government prioritise an integrated, safe, affordable and reliable transport system for the next ten years. 1. Better connectivity: Improve last-mile connectivity between homes, railway stations, bus stands and metro stations through frequent buses, e-rickshaws and safe pedestrian pathways. 2. Better railway facilities: Provide clean toilets, drinking water, seating, clear signboards, lifts and ramps for senior citizens and persons with disabilities. 3. Reduce travel time: Improve railway connectivity between state capitals and district headquarters and introduce reliable, faster public transport services. 4. Improve local transport: Increase the availability and frequency of city buses and improve coordination between buses, railways and metro servic 5. Road safety: Install clear traffic signs, maintain roads, provide proper street lighting, enforce traffic rules and create safe.

Pay the money take ur paper. एसा INDIA में हो जाए तो सब के लिए काम करा पाना आसान हो जाएगा ।

The National Transport Master Plan (2026–2036) offers a visionary, citizen-centric blueprint that bridges metropolitan hubs, surrounding districts, and remote villages into a unified, high-performance mobility network. By adopting the 3D Tri-Tier Corridor framework for urban centers, establishing high-speed regional rail arteries, and deploying the grassroots "Vetro" micro-station model across rural clusters, India can eliminate transit black lags, reduce logistics costs.

**Subject: INDIA 2035 — A National Transformation Mission** Respected Prime Minister, I respectfully submit **India 2035**, a citizen-originated vision to transform India into a high-wage, high-productivity, self-reliant and globally competitive nation. My proposal prioritises transparent governance, public trust, accountability, responsible banking, affordable credit for productive businesses, world-class infrastructure, efficient logistics, advanced manufacturing, technology development, high-quality jobs and exports. It also recommends modernising India Post into a national logistics network, digitising citizen services, strengthening anti-corruption systems, reforming public-sector enterprises, modernising education and skills, accelerating justice, and improving electoral transparency while protecting constitutional rights. I propose an **India 2035 National Transformation Mission** with measurable targets, accountable leadership,

Respected Sir,Pranam.Natrual resources Soil, aggregates etc are limited.Expressways & high speed access controlled highways be takenup only after critically analysing cost benefits and studies of traffic on operational expressways & high speed highways, traffic taken at time of approval of DPRs for particular year and stretch v/s actual traffic,as resources are limited.Concept of green field highways with approximately 55-60% cost and lesser future maintenance cost be considered with open mind.

Respected Sir,Pranam.A vast work has been done on rural road network under PMGSY & by state Govt.also.Road network needs proper maintenance rather than expansion.New connectivity & expansion must be totally on merits & traffic forecast as many alternative routes are available.Critical gaps are to be taken on priority such as bypasses,ROBs,RUBs,service roads, slip roads. No Tolls on NH / SH/ MDRs having traffic below some decided PCU( To be decided).Extensive work on footpaths, pedestrian crossings
