Ensure women know about government safety apps and helplines. Respond promptly to complaints and strengthen fast-track justice with fairness and due process. Third, introduce a chapter before Class 10 on gender respect, consent, boundaries, equality and challenges faced by women. Teach boys and girls to respect each other equally. Empowerment must include both opportunities and safety. Public campaigns should be transparent about their aims and funding. Let us build an India where youth are heard, women feel safe, and mutual respect begins with education. Thank you.
