Suggestion for Mann Ki Baat: Encouraging Sustainable Commute and Mindful Vehicle Use to Ease Traffic and Cut Pollution during the Festive Season Respected Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji, Pranam. I am writing to share a suggestion for the upcoming episode of Mann Ki Baat. As our nation enters the festive season, our markets and streets witness immense public participation. While this vibrancy reflects our cultural spirit and economic momentum, it consistently brings severe vehicular congestion, acute parking shortages, unnecessary fuel expenditure, and a sharp spike in urban air pollution. A significant driver of this issue is the disproportionate use of large four-wheelers, particularly SUVs, for minor daily errands. It is common to see full-sized vehicles carrying just one or two individuals for small purchases that could easily be managed on foot, by two-wheeler, or via local shared transit. Beyond choking limited road and parking capacity, running heavy vehicles for routin

Respected Hon’ble Prime Minister Sir, I wish to bring to your kind attention the plight of retail employees working in textile showrooms, jewellery shops, shopping malls and supermarkets. Many are forced to stand continuously for 10–12 hours daily, even when there are no customers, and are allowed to sit only during lunch breaks.Prolonged standing can cause back pain, leg pain, swelling and increase the risk of varicose veins. Many employees, particularly women, endure these conditions due to financial and family responsibilities.Sir, standing to assist customers is understandable, but forcing employees to stand when there is no work requiring it is unnecessary and harmful.I humbly request your intervention to ensure that suitable chairs or stools are provided and employees are allowed to sit whenever their duties permit. Appropriate guidelines and inspections can protect the health, dignity and welfare of lakhs of hardworking citizens. Yours Truly A concerned citizen of India

Regarding EWS certificate started by the ruling Government right now. We are gratefulfor such good policy however we are dissatisfied by the methodology adapted in our state Kerala. We are trying to do our ews certificate however I was born in Bengaluru, Karnataka. But my hometown and am currently staying in Kerala Kasaragod. But the Thashildar over there is requesting some kind of document that is the letter of birth proof or the letter from the Bengaluru we even don't know from which department will have to collect them proof of birth or stay from Bengaluru. As we are now staying in Kasaragod Kerala and that's our state right now these are the problem facing by the general category students who are in the financial distress and also finding difficulty to cop up with these kinds of challenges kindly do make the process easy and make the process and all the facilities avail easily, flexiblily to the people who are in need.
