Currently, many beneficiaries do not get their eligible benefits due to a lack of clear documentation from financial institutions. Often, families are unaware of active welfare security linked to their accounts because no formal certificates are issued. Additionally, obtaining legal heir documents after a member passes away takes significant time due to administrative processes. Financial entities frequently reject genuine claims by strictly citing short time limits, which deeply affects poor families. To fix this, I request the government to ensure that all active welfare details are clearly printed on the front page of passbooks. A central online system should be created to help families find active schemes using death certificates. Also, instructions must be given not to reject claims based on document delays. A special audit should be done to check unclaimed amounts .

Delivery operations by online food delivery companies at railway stations should be banned. Gig workers face difficulties because customers fail to provide details such as coach numbers and platform numbers. Customers often place orders while traveling on moving trains, making it challenging for gig workers to locate them during the brief time the train stops at the station. The railway administration itself should arrange for food for passengers. Gig workers delivering food face significant hardships. Online food delivery services at railway stations should be prohibited.
