Lack of Accessible Digital Guidance and Responsible E-Waste Management Many people, including senior citizens, first-time smartphone users, students, and small business owners, struggle to use digital services safely and confidently. They may find it difficult to identify online scams, understand digital security, access online government services, or troubleshoot basic device problems. Many people also lack reliable guidance on repairing old electronic devices, protecting personal data before disposal, and finding authorised e-waste recycling facilities. As technology becomes increasingly integrated into everyday life, the gap between having access to a digital device and knowing how to use it safely and responsibly remains a significant societal challenge.

Dear Sir, as you know there is serious drought in MH due to El Niño. The ongoing 2026 El Niño is projected to be the strongest since 1950 by the WMO, and potentially the most severe since the historic 1877–1878 super El Niño. I work in IT and live in outskirts of Pune, Susgaon, which comes under pune municipal corporation, but still not line for drinking water due to tanker lobby. Maharashtra officially declared a drought in 265 out of 358 talukas covering nearly 75% of the state. Please ban Car washing centres in 265 drought talukas. Car washing centres use 70 to 150 litres of water per car, for bike uses about 40 to 75 litres of water. Save water, save farmers. In society also I see in multiple societies people wash daily cars and 2 wheeler with large amount of fresh drinking water. Please request in Mann Ki Baat to people of MH to not wash vehicles daily and use wet cloth only to save water. Mandate to use STP clean water for washing centre also. Groundwater is also going very down
