Respected Sir, India can become the medical Tourism destination of the world, but without adequate number of specialist doctors, this will remain a dream.Our MBBS doctors after passing are mostly not practising they are sitting at home and studying for PG entrance exams while our villages dont have doctors, what is stopping us from increasing the PG and MBBS seats and building a medical college in each district if there is none.Allow PPP or FDI to reduce cost of health care and increase PG Seats

Like we already have Swachh Bharat which is doing very good in almost all the India, we should have one Swachh Pados (Clean Neighbourhood). Actually I would request if we could in all our India have some portal like here URL http://www.nottinghamcity.gov.uk/reportit would be great. Here any citizen can report the issue related to cleanliness etc in his neighbour. I am a computer programmer could write this program in days but only after Govt. permission.

Please role out examples of Dalits, tribals who have done exemplary well against all odds in Independent Bharat and are role models for society. This will increase hope and confidence, enhance pride of our society.

Please constitute a high level think tank of non academic people to totally revamp the current education system which is mostly producing unemployable persons.Online education will be resisted by Teachers as they feel they would loose their jobs.The answer to skilling and employment is massive online and distance learning high quality accredited courses.Please facilitate skilling by stopping direct recruitment to govt jobs and recruiting only skill certified and apprentice trained persons

UGC after favourably opining that Two Degrees can be persued at the same time has recently reported in their website that statutory bodies are not in favour of the above. If some candidate want to persue 2 degrees at the same time, what is the harm in allowing.All regulations and controlling like the above and distance education are hindering the education and skill development of the youth.Please remove all hurdles for skill development.Present class education has resulted in mass unemployment

Online NPTEL Courses coordinated by IIT Madras is very good and after exam passing , candidates can also get certificates.Please direct MHRD/AICTE to give credits for passing these certificates as per NSQF,so that candidates passing these certificates can get Diploma,Advanced Diploma,B.Voc and B.Tech through this mode.World over reputed unIversities offering high quality Diploma,Graduation, PG and Phd by online.Please allow and facilitate online learning as online learning not ugc recognised

Appreciate Skill India Mission.Prior to this distance learning programmes offered by various state universities were providing skill development to the people who couldnot go for regular classes. Per UGC University cant offer distance learning program beyond the state & has de-recognised several distance learning courses, which is hindering the education of poor people, AMIE offering skilling for Diploma Engineers has been questioned.Please allow distance courses for skilling
