In the Round-1 of the Smart City Challenge, citizens of Dahod envisioned a multi-functional economic hub for Tribal Region with high quality infrastructure facilities. Dahod has now been given the opportunity to submit its updated proposal for Smart City under Round-2 of the Smart City Challenge. Drainage system is improper and opened. These causes health problems. The proper slope can avoid to chock up the sewage water.

Employment is a major problem in the dahod. There should be industrial growth outside and surrounding the city.
In the past, dahod was forest. But, now a days there are lack of plantation. Plantation is need of smart city.
