Ko recruitment process me badlaw lana chahiye...aajkal koi bhi job achhi coaching ek particular pattern ko follow karke payi ja sakti h ...lekin es tarah k paya gaya gyan kisi k jeewan me badlav la sakta hai? ...ek IAS banane k liye sirf kitabon me ghusana hota hai, practical world me ni...es liye bahut se bade gharano k bachche unique way me ias ki preparation karte our clear karke desh chalane k liye aa jate...lekin unko chhoti chhoti magar bahut jaruri cheezon ka abhas bhi ni hota...jaise ek ias ko ye ni pata hota ki ganv me bijali na hone, pani ki vyavstha na hone, fasalon ko kadi dhoop me katne , din rat khet me mehnat karne aadi bahut cheenzon ka dard ka abhas hi ni hota..es liye ye samsyaye dabi rah jati...sab kitab pad kar aate...kuchh system change hona chahiye...higher grade recruitment band honi chahiye...lower grade ho our promotion dekar aage badhaya jae...recruitment me kuchh jameeni taur par parakh leni chahiye.

Govt. While we are a global supplier, it is distressing to note that in our own country Nurses are undervalued and seen as mere bedside assistants in the healthcare delivery scheme. Nurses play a central role in health care delivery in terms of promotion, prevention, treatment, care and rehabilitation.

While there has been much progress to recognize, strengthen and support nurses and midwives across the globe, much remains to be done to ensure their growth and the same is gradually happening in our country too, the common man who receives their care is not aware of their speciality. A lot as skilled professionals present at the front line of health service delivery, their presence needs to be amplified to ensure accessible and high-quality healthcare for all.

Government has seen all common people, but special care were not taken for small Tourists agents, guide, Taxi drivers, hotel managers, Hotel waiter, serving boys... Everyone has seen tears in their eyes..
sir, Try to promote Tourist and Hospital Industries specially smaller tourism... As a Govt employee,
I request you to make compulsory LTC.... and one extra LTC for this year(2022)can be declared for all Govt employees so that, We can Rebuild our Tourist agent and Hotels in small towns.

English is successful commercially and technically world wide for past century only.Our country has vital section crowd who promote english post independence.

So, if this goes for 1000 years, later, what is our nation goal:
1. To be rich as english people.
2. Sufosticated & educated.
3. Forgot of poor past out of infiieor complex.
4. To erase of Develop heritage.

Now , I who promote english in our nation :
1. Non Hindu.
2. Poor section with low history & Economic knowledge.
3. Christians & converted faith.
4. South Bharat , who has issue with double language policy due to job outside country..
5 . Most important :~Judges / Court of Our nation still have english hearing even after independence.
6. Our overly secular book of constitution.

So, I find no interest in writing in english but entire ecosystem we live promote too.

But, when will our next generation will come to know that we belong to Sr. world not 3rd world.
